This is my second Toyota from Beechmont Toyota and have been pleasently surprized how easy it is to do business with this dealership. Greg Hoodin was very knowledgeable in the details of the RAV4 we were interested in. My experience with Beechmont Toyota was very good. This is my first new car purchase and I was very apprehensive. I worked with Pete my first visit. He was very accommodating to my needs and made me feel is my first new car purchase and I was very apprehensive. I worked with Pete my first visit. He was very accommodating to my needs and made me feel comfortable. After leaving, he called me twice to ask if he could be of further help. I realize this is most likely sales protocol but it was appreciated and encouraged me in my search for a new car. When I returned to Beechmont Toyota, Pete continued to work with me. Again, he answered all my questions and requests. I did not feel pressured or rushed by him at all. Near the end of negotiations as I was making a final decision, I did feel a bit pressured by management but that is probably just the way it is and for me, this was a HUGE commitment. I felt everything was well explained both during and after the buying process. Pete's attentiveness (including the sign of congratulations on my car :-) ), Glenn's patient, thorough explanations and a final "thank you" from management for my business all made for a very positive experience. I especially appreciated all of Pete's efforts to get my old car and my Rav home that night. I truly feel that my business was appreciated and I would (and already have) recommended Beechmont Toyota to others. The only suggestion I would have concerns customer acknowledgment when you first come in the showroom. Both times, after being there about 10 minutes, I had to seek someone out for assistance. Someone less determined might have just moved on. Finally, I love my Rav 4!!! There is nothing I would change about it and plan to drive it for many years. Thank you! More

Service couldn't have been better. For once walking into a dealership wasn't daunting or intimidating. The customer service from beginning to end of the sales process was extraordinary. We spoke a few times with the sales team at Beechmont Toyota before coming into the dealership and every conversation was process was extraordinary. This sales team went above and beyond our expectations. When we bought our vehicle we noticed a few minor things wrong which we knew was part of the used car buying process. We mentioned our concerns and Beechmont Toyota offered to come to our home to pick up the vehicle and leave us a rental to fix the minor issues. This describes excellent customer service. Most dealerships would have backed off after the sale had been completed and this is what sets Beechmont Toyota apart from the rest. We will definitely be loyal customers for a long time and plan to buy future vehicles from this dealership. More
