I came in wanting a new corolla. I was treated great and received a great price for my trade in and got what I was looking for my new purchase. I gave Beechmont Toyota the best rating because of the quality level of customer service we received, and that is hard to find these days. By the time my daughter Maggie and I were all done purchasing her new car, it ended up being an hour past closing time on a Friday night. Chris, his boss, and the finance expert were all very pleasant, supportive, and each one of them took the time to explain anything we had questions about. More

A couple of months ago I went to Beechmont Toyota to look at a car that was traded in. I was called within hours of it coming in. So I went that day to look at it. It was an older car 2003. I drove it came b at a car that was traded in. I was called within hours of it coming in. So I went that day to look at it. It was an older car 2003. I drove it came back was asked when there tech would look at it, an was told oh just take it down to Bob Sumerel Tire down the street. He told us I will take it for you and pick it up all you have to do is pay for it. So taking the advice of the sales man we did just that. The inspection came back ok nothing major wrong with the car. So we went off that inspection report. We needless to say here I am a couple months later have already forked out about $2000 extra on the car because the report was wrong. Bob Sumerel stated we are sorry we will refund you for the inspection. We are embarrassed on this inspection. Well there embarrassment isn't paying for the repairs. An of course you call Toyota an they say well you bought a low price car. We usually don't look at them they are not on the lot long enough. You get what you pay for. blah blah blah basically not our problem it is yours. So needless to say they just wanted off there lot so they didn't have to deal with it. I was always told Toyota was a good company to work with but I guess when it comes to the lower price cars they just really don't care. Don't ever listen to the sales man when they offer to have it looked at for you. I have learned from my mistake with buying this car take it to more then one place to have it looked at and don't listen to the salesman when he tells you where to go. An don't think the dealer ship really cares once they get your money. More
Last week I contacted Beachmont Toyota via Internet regarding questions and pricing a new vehicle. We immediately heard from Mike Dennis who set up an appointment with him to discuss our options . We were a few minutes early for our appointment, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated with sincere respect, we were offered Starbucks coffee, Iced Bottled Water. When we met Mike he was very professional yet down to earth, we were immediately at ease. My husband was interested in either a Pick- Up Truck or the Highlander. My husband test drove the Highlander, upon returning from the test drive my husband became interested in the Sienna Van. After that test drive we knew which vehicle we wanted, the van. Mike was so personable while entering the data/information into the computer, we really liked that we were able to observe every step of the purchase. We appreciated that during this part of the transaction nothing was being hidden, we saw every entry. When Mike had completed his part of the sale he then took us to meet Randy Johnson from finance who was also professional yet put us at ease and like Mike ,Randy explained so many aspects of the Van and Toyotas beliefs and practices. When we left the Dealership driving our new Van we were very happy with our decision but also we were happy with our experience at Beachmont Toyota. There's nothing worse than leaving someplace and asking yourself what was that about , there's nothing worse when feeling like you made a huge mistake and will now have to live with your decision for years, that was NOT the case with Beachmont Toyota. The best experience purchasing a vehicle we have had. Beechmont is a phase 2 dealership which uses sales practices that Toyota wants implemented, and not the individual dealership. Toyota wants to promotes open and honest sales experience. We left Beechmont Toyota knowing that we got the best deal, and without thinking "did we really get a good deal"!!!! Greg found the Highlander we wanted within our price range. We had found a Highlander on the web which was similar to what we wanted but was in Chicago. Adam was the perfect salesman for me. I had been looking for quite a while, knew what I wanted; it was a matter of budget and details. I really liked Adam's low key approach, with no pressure. I knew his manager would enter the picture; and when he did he was helpful and worked to accommodate my needs which was very much appreciated. Overall, my car experience was enjoyable at Toyota. I have to admit your environment helps too. I was tired and you had coffee. You had comfortable seats and clean restrooms. When making a decision as big as purchasing a car, these are nice luxuries that came as a surprise. I also enjoyed Adam bringing the cars into a lighted, showroom at night. All of my dealings were done at night and it was very difficult to see detail and color. Daytime is still the best time to see all the details though. I have several of Adam's cards and have already talked to a couple of my friends that I know are close to shopping for a new vehicle. I've only had my new Highlander a few days, but I feel like I made the right choice in quality. It drives beautifully and it looks stylish and sporty! Nice! Thank you Adam, staff and Toyota! More
