After the sale experience ruined the overall experience To summarize, I waited two months for the title and had to hound them to make that happen. Went through two temporary tags in the process. Ordered all weather floor mats, waited 1.5 months for those and they sent the wrong ones. When I called to find out what happened, parts department was NO HELP and was actually rude. After the paperwork was signed, then I was told there was only one key for a two year old vehicle. They did resolve this issue. WORST of all, I gave them all this information on their website earlier this week and have not been contacted! More

I had asked to deal with Mark Wagner and immediately told him I was interested in leasing a Rav 4. We drove one and viewed another one that he brought off the lot into the garage for me to see. Mark took my car back to be looked at and get a price of what the dealership would give me for it in a trade. We then sat down to discuss matters. He was very understanding of my situation of not having any extra money to put toward the lease of the Rav 4. We dealt back and forth a few times and came to an agreement. He was very helpful and quick to get me through the process as I had to be clear on the other side of town for my job in just a few minutes after we agreed on things. Everyone else assisted Mark in helping to get me out of the dealership in the new Rav 4 as quick as they could. Mark had me return the next morning so that he could go over all the features of the car since I had to rush out the day before. He has also since then been helpful in getting my license plate to me and rubbing out a scratch that was already put in one of the doors. Mark was a true gentlemen in helping me to be able to make this lease work for me. More

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to do business with. After I decided I wanted to lease a 2014 Corolla, Beechmont worked very hard to find my perfect car and they ended up finding the one I wanted in Indiana. My new car came in three days later and both Gary and Greg made sure I was satisfied with my decision. I love my new Corolla and have nothing bad to say about the employees at Beechmont Toyota-- They made my first new car experience better than I ever imagined. I would definitely do business with them again! More
