Great experience I worked with William Robles to purchase my 2016 Impreza wagon. Because of my limited budget, I was initially looking to purchase a used 4-door Imprez I worked with William Robles to purchase my 2016 Impreza wagon. Because of my limited budget, I was initially looking to purchase a used 4-door Impreza. However, I did not like the light interior. William worked with his sales manager, and was willing to completely change out the interior for me and not raise the price! The lack of backup cams or backup sensors, however, prompted me to look at new vehicles. The only base model Impreza they had in stock also had a light interior. Eventually, William got his manager to let me purchase the model up for the same price. I got a great deal on this car, and William and the whole staff were so pleasant. I could not have asked for a better all-around experience! More

This was 6th new vehicle since 2002. Best experience yet. Anees came to my house, an hour drive out into the "boondocks", to pick me up. My wife was away and I had no way of anyone else driving me to Beechmo Anees came to my house, an hour drive out into the "boondocks", to pick me up. My wife was away and I had no way of anyone else driving me to Beechmont on the appointed day to pick up our new Impreza. Now, that's putting the customer first, that's service! Anees also spent considerable time in taking me through the controls and how things worked. Patient with and answered my many questions. Much appreciated. Rhonda did an excellent job of explaining, answering my questions, and taking me through the necessary paperwork and the optional protection plans. She was transparent and explicit. More

Fantastic customer service! Had some small issues for the body shop to look at. Called them and the gal said come on over! I get there, she helps my right away! Easy to work with; no pressure While we don't usually recommend anything to anyone (e.g., insurance companies, restaurants, etc.), working with Beechmont Subaru to purchase our new While we don't usually recommend anything to anyone (e.g., insurance companies, restaurants, etc.), working with Beechmont Subaru to purchase our new Forester was easy. We started our new auto search in May and purchased the vehicle in September. Along the way, our original salesman left, but our new salesman picked right up on it when we were ready to buy. Beechmont Subaru's followup via email was excellent. Someone answered every question, and we were never left hanging. The staff at Beechmont Subaru worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted (color and with Eyesight technology); got it here much more quickly than expected; and installed the leather seats we wanted faster than we expected. Beechmont Subaru underpromised and overdelivered. There was no pressure on us to buy, unlike other Subaru, Chevrolet and Buick dealerships we had visited. Also, another Buick dealership we visited absolutely dropped the ball and didn't follow up with us at all, and we were seriously considering the Buick Encore. More

A phone call beforehand would have been appreciated. Instead of working with me or even trying to sell me a different car, the salesmans told me "well I guess that made your decision easier". Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service! More

No problems dealing with Beechmont Subaru in the recent purchase of my 2017 Subaru Forester. I dealt with one other dealership in the area, Beechmont was able to provided the vehicle that I wanted on a better timeframe and at a lower price. Jack Post was a very helpful sales associate, routinely kept me informed of car availability and features via e-mail, as I preferred. I never enjoy buying cars, but this was all relatively painless (other than having to part with my beloved 2000 Outback), and I am happy with the car and its extensive set of safety features. More
