My former vehicle was going to cost almost as much to fix as it would have been worth (once fixed) as trade-in for a newer vehicle. I decided that it was best to look for a newer used vehicle and went to a as it would have been worth (once fixed) as trade-in for a newer vehicle. I decided that it was best to look for a newer used vehicle and went to a few different dealerships. I was told that Joe Jenkins was a new salesperson @ Beechmont Subaru by my son and decided to see what he may be able to help me find. Joe was very professional and directed me to a number of vehicles that were within my price range but did not pressure me into any of the, He let me make the choice on what I felt best fit my wants/needs. I had even found another car on my 2nd trip that had lower miles than the car I ultimately bought and told me to sleep on it (it was after closing hours when I found the other car) so that I made the best decision for me. If that is not the opposite of what other auto sales people have tried on me, I don't know what is! I came back the next day after mulling over the decision of the 2 different cars and made my decision to go with the newer vehicle that had more miles on it. Joe Jenkins and Dan Mercurio helped me with the financing paperwork and I have been happy with my purchase ever since. I would recommend this dealership and especially Joe and Dan to anyone who asks me about buying a vehicle!!! I will definitely go there 1st when I am looking to purchase my next vehicle. More

David Clark, our salesman, was excellent. He found the best deal for us and made sure that we were aware of the best promotional opportunity. On top of that he was able to accommodate our busy schedule a best deal for us and made sure that we were aware of the best promotional opportunity. On top of that he was able to accommodate our busy schedule and stayed an additional four hours past his work day to make sure he was able to see us on the day that we purchased our vehicle. Overall this was a great buying experience and we will definitely be back for our next purchase. More

Donnie made this a painless process. Even with a trade-in negotiations took about 5 minutes. And, after the car we wanted got damaged by hail we got a different one with extra accessories. Donnie Combs and the Beechmont Subaru team were excellent to work with . They found me the car I wanted at the price I asked for . This was certainly a refreshing change from some of the other dealerships I to work with . They found me the car I wanted at the price I asked for . This was certainly a refreshing change from some of the other dealerships I tried working with. When I arrived to test drive the car everything was ready and the paperwork was quick and painless. The service department was equally as cordial when I went back to have my fog lights installed. Would highly recommend Beechmont if anyone is interested in purchasing or even test driving a Subaru. We bought a new Outback from Beechmont Subaru and had the best experience ever while buying a new car. Initially I was hesitant to go to a "nice" new car dealership like Beechmont Subaru since I am on a limited budget. However, after years of buying used cars from 'shadier' used car sources (Intern car dealership like Beechmont Subaru since I am on a limited budget. However, after years of buying used cars from 'shadier' used car sources (Internet, friends of friends, used car lots, etc.) - and always regretting the decisions - I wanted a used car from a well-known source, that would provide me with reliable transportation and affordable payments - and if the car happened to look nice and well-maintained, that would only be an added bonus. I highly recommend Donnie Combs (sales rep) as a great sales person. He isn't pushy or in-your-face. Or, in the reverse, as a lone female buyer, I didn't feel either ignored or taken advantage of. He listened to my needs (and didn't make me feel bad when I told him I had nothing to put down and my target monthly payment) and almost immediately helped me select two used car options to fit those needs. Also, Sam Mounce (manager) was great to work with when it came to the financing portion. Since I had nothing to put down or trade in (my old car would have required being towed-in), he worked with several lenders to help me pick the best option for me, and even called in and personally spoke with a lender to help me get the best rate (a great help for me as a new young professional with little credit). I drove away with a super-cute 2005 Hyundai Sonata that is perfect for me. I bought the car back in Summer 2012 and haven't had even a minor mechanical issue with it. Moreover, when another driver backed into my 'new used car', I took it to be fixed at the dealership. Their bodyshop manager, John, was so nice and he even fixed some pre-existing scratches, gratis. Also, the free oil changes for the duration of my ownership of a Beechmont Suburu purchase is a fantastic (and unexpected) perk. I have referred my brother and a co-worker to Donnie @Beechmont Subaru and they both had similar purchasing experiences. I will definitely continue recommending both Donnie and the dealership. More
