We bought a new Outback from Beechmont Subaru and had the best experience ever while buying a new car. The entire experience was great - they were not pushy or over-bearing, listened to what we were looking best experience ever while buying a new car. The entire experience was great - they were not pushy or over-bearing, listened to what we were looking for, and understood our price range. We ended up getting a better car than we expected (more bells and whistles) for less money! The entire process was great, from beginning to end. We LOVE our Outback and will be buying our next car from this dealership! More

Donnie Combs was our sale person, he did a fantastic job and I would NOT hesitate in recommending him. I've had our Outback in for routine service twice now and the Service Staff is also very prompt and professional. I thought that Honda was good overall, but Beechmont Subaru far exceeds anything I ever experienced at Superior Honda. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.and car. I had a very pleasant car purchase experience. Donnie Combs was professional, not pushy and very nice to work with during my car purchase. He was attentive with out being too aggressive and I never felt Combs was professional, not pushy and very nice to work with during my car purchase. Excellent service, from the General Manager downwards. The Sales Rep (Donnie Combs) was first class and helped me make the best decision for myself,, that of leasing rather than buying the car.. Initially I was hesitant to go to a "nice" new car dealership like Beechmont Subaru since I am on a limited budget. However, after years of buying used cars from 'shadier' used car sources (Intern car dealership like Beechmont Subaru since I am on a limited budget. However, after years of buying used cars from 'shadier' used car sources (Internet, friends of friends, used car lots, etc.) - and always regretting the decisions - I wanted a used car from a well-known source, that would provide me with reliable transportation and affordable payments - and if the car happened to look nice and well-maintained, that would only be an added bonus. I highly recommend Donnie Combs (sales rep) as a great sales person. He isn't pushy or in-your-face. Or, in the reverse, as a lone female buyer, I didn't feel either ignored or taken advantage of. He listened to my needs (and didn't make me feel bad when I told him I had nothing to put down and my target monthly payment) and almost immediately helped me select two used car options to fit those needs. Also, Sam Mounce (manager) was great to work with when it came to the financing portion. Since I had nothing to put down or trade in (my old car would have required being towed-in), he worked with several lenders to help me pick the best option for me, and even called in and personally spoke with a lender to help me get the best rate (a great help for me as a new young professional with little credit). I drove away with a super-cute 2005 Hyundai Sonata that is perfect for me. I bought the car back in Summer 2012 and haven't had even a minor mechanical issue with it. Moreover, when another driver backed into my 'new used car', I took it to be fixed at the dealership. Their bodyshop manager, John, was so nice and he even fixed some pre-existing scratches, gratis. Also, the free oil changes for the duration of my ownership of a Beechmont Suburu purchase is a fantastic (and unexpected) perk. I have referred my brother and a co-worker to Donnie @Beechmont Subaru and they both had similar purchasing experiences. I will definitely continue recommending both Donnie and the dealership. More

He's super quick with responding to questions, needs, timing, etc. He also got to a lowest price offer super quick (working with Bill) on the model/features I wanted. At no time did I feel anyone in the dealership was pressuring. A very good experience. Would definately go back or refer others to do so. More
Great experience. Found the 2012 Ford Focus on AUTO TRADER. When we got there the car was waiting up front for us. The sales person was out promptly. We were able to test drive WITHOUT the salesm TRADER. When we got there the car was waiting up front for us. The sales person was out promptly. We were able to test drive WITHOUT the salesman so we could talk freely. No high pressure. PRice was fantastic. WHole experience was excellent. Love the service, love the friendliness AND we get free oil and filter changes for as long as we own the car. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience. And I HATE buying cars! My current car has 130K miles and the one we replaced was totaled in an accident and had 177K miles on it. Ron Whaley was an low pressure friendly salesman. He didn't give us any pat sales talk. More

My concern is around integrity and honesty and the dealings I have had with Beechmont Subaru have made me seriously consider going away from Subaru altogether. Some quick facts... We have been shoppi dealings I have had with Beechmont Subaru have made me seriously consider going away from Subaru altogether. Some quick facts... We have been shopping for an Outback and thus went to visit the Beechmont Subaru dealership (outside of Cincinnati). Frankly we had a positive experience with our salesperson (Jack Post) and thought we were on track to get a deal done. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the specific Outback color and options but they said they could get it for us which was completely fine. Then over the course of the next week, Philishia Crum and and Bill Weslen (not sure if that is the right spelling) contacted me multiple times telling me they had found a few different vehicles and were in the process of getting one sent out to their dealership. All I needed to do was to put a $500 deposit down. So I put $500 on my credit card. They called me on Tues, Wed, Thurs. On Thursday they told me the car would be there on Friday and so since I travel extensively, I bought a plane ticket to come back to Cincinnati to be sure I would be able to come into the dealership on Friday. NOTE... I am specifically pointing out that THEY called me multiple times, telling me it would be there AND, I put a $500 deposit down to ensure it got there on Friday However, on Friday, they called me and said, "well, we were no longer going to be able to get us the car." WHAT? Why are you telling me now? What happened to it coming in? Why did I put the deposit down? Why did I pay to fly in specifically to get it? Needless to say I am not happy. Complete dishonesty. Then on Saturday I called them and they asked if instead I would be interested in a different car. xxx!! Jack Post was the one I spoke to and I told him I am no longer interested in working with their dealership and I want my $500 deposit back. I know you have no reason to believe me over them... but then again, why would I put $500 deposit down and why would I buy a plane ticket? I still don't have my $500 back... but I am hopeful it will not be an issue. Frankly, I spent a lot of time taking their calls, spending money for down payments and even flying into Cincinnati to get the car... I don't want anything except for my deposit back. But I want you to know that these two are ruining Subaru reputation for an honest company. Not sure if we will buy an Outback from another dealership or not. Thanks for listening. More
