I started my transaction on line, and when I emailed the dealership about the car I was interested in, I received a reply early the following day. That interaction was great, and I was allowed to set up an dealership about the car I was interested in, I received a reply early the following day. That interaction was great, and I was allowed to set up an appointment to test drive at my convenience with no pressure. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted at the door and after some brief introductions and conversation about what I was looking for, I was allowed to test drive the car (similar to the one I wanted, which was on a truck being delivered to the dealership). There was still no pressure, I got the price I wanted, and the car I wanted came in quickly. When I went to pick it up, everything went very smoothly with no surprises - there were no changes, and when I said no to lots of extras and extended coverage, Todd and Nikki moved right along and honored my choices. Todd was extremely helpful with getting me familiar with the car, and patiently and completely answered all the questions I had and stated that he was always available if anything were to come up that we may not have gone over. Overall this is one of the best car buying experiences that I've had. More

I am currently taking care of my aunts car while she is out of town and had scheduled an oil change so I figured while I was waiting I would look to see if there were any used cars within my price range. I made some tea and walked over to Todd while he was about to eat his lunch and asked if he wouldn't mind helping me look. He was super nice and welcoming and made me feel like we could really find something I would like. After we scanned the computer and printed a couple car fax's we checked out some cars. I immediately found a car I was interested in and made a deal. It was that easy! Thank you so much for employing patient and courteous people like Todd. I had a great time while I was there and everyone involved seemed very in tune with one another and made it an all over excellent experience for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
I found my new to me car online - I called Beechmont to take a look. Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I received an incredible interest rate thanks to their efforts. Considering it my first time purchasing a car, I had a lot of questions and they did a great job in explaining the whole process. A couple of months later, I took my car in for a oil change and to a have squeaking noise looked at. Not only did they fix the noise, give me a free oil change, they also washed my car! During my wait, I had a coffee and wi-fi available for me - which was wonderful because I was able to get a good amount of work done. I am extremely satisfied with their quality of work and customer service and would highly recommend them. More

David Clarke was very helpful when we came to the dealership looking for a vehicle for my mom. He assessed our needs and directed us to the vehicles that would fit those needs best for my mom. Overall good experience. I appreciated the lack of pressure to buy and the ability to take a test drive alone. Big plus for me. Not happy about trade in value, and I didn't appreciate some of the pressure I received from the financing person to add additional coverage to the warranty. I also was disappointed that I had to request that life insurance was removed from my loan and was never disclosed verbally. Anyone less familiar with loan documents would likely have missed it and paid for coverage they may not have needed. Also, if they don't know they have coverage, their family would have no way of submitting a claim if they did die. Financing person said she "forgot" to take it off, prior to giving me to final document to sign, but I seriously doubt it. I'm concerned about the ethics of automatically adding life insurance coverage to loans without prior and complete disclosure. More
