This was my first new car purchase, and I was really nervous about the whole ordeal, however, Joe Phelman put my fears to rest. He was greatly knowledgeable about all the vehicles and spent a lot of time showing me my options. I felt comfortable and not pressured. On 02/13/2014 I went to Beechmont Subaru looking for a 2011 Buick Regal Cxl Turbo that I had came across online. I was initially helped out by Jeff Bevis and took the car for a test drive. Once I returned to the dealer I informed Jeff that I liked the car alot and wanted to set an appointment with him for the following morning to come back and talk more about the car. Without being pushy Jeff agreed and set me up to meet him there at 10 am. The next morning when I arrived Jeff was ready for me and I came in and sat right down and we began to discuss the car and different options that made the most sense for me. After our brief discussions I decided I wanted to purchase the car and Jeff was extremely helpful and nonagressive nor pushy and made the whole process comfortable. I applaud Jeff and the rest of the staff that played a part in my purchase on 02/14/2014 for their honesty, professionalism, and uncanny ability to make the whole process feel like a breeze. I believe they have earned a customer for life. Their inventory is great and their financing department is great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others! More

Joe did a great job providing support for all of my questions and concerns. I came in knowing what I wanted, and he made sure I got that taken care of as soon as he could. We couldn't be happier with my experience at Beechmont Subaru. I felt totally comfortable right away when we met Joe. He was extremely friendly and informative. But most important to us is he wasn't pushy about trying to "make the sale". He gave us all the information we needed to consider our choice. We went to at least 8 other dealerships and they all were way to pushy with us. They tried to really force us into making a decision on the spot. Joe was awesome. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We were so happy with our treatment that two weeks to the day after we bought our new outback we came back and bought a second used Subaru impreza. I know with Subaru's quality cars we won't need a new one for a long time. But when the day comes again we will certainly go straight there!!! I had purchased a Pruis V Toyota in July 2013. The van was roomy and I was getting around 55 mph. There were several rainy days and the 'control' driving on wet pavement was terrible. The car did not have the traction needed to get out into traffic quickly and I needed to have significant space between the car in front of me in order to stop. Brakes were soft probably due to the Hybrid Style of the car. Feeling very unsafe in the Pruis Five, before I had even reached 5000 miles on the car, I walked in to Beechmont Subaru and test drove several vehicles. Safety and comfort were what I was looking for and I drove away with a new Forrester. I must say that I LOVE this car. I feel safe, can go anywhere in the snow and ice we have had this winter and it is so comfortable to drive. Thank you David Clarke for your wonderful spirit, Subaru information and support during the purchase process. ps: During these very cold months I am averaging about 22 mpg mostly city driving. More

I was at Jeff Wyler and I was very insulted in the trade-in value they offered me and they wouldn't budge on their price. I wouldn't buy a glass of ice water from Jeff Wyler even if I was in xxxx. They're an embarrassment to their profession and they don't care about you as an individual. MONEY...MONEY...MONEY is all Jeff Wyler cares about not the individual. You leave his kingdom of vehicles thinking your vehicle is garbage as well as yourself. Not for me, I'll stick to Beechmont Subaru where people know how to treat you and really appreciate your business. Thanks again Joe and your crew!!! I love my car!!! Tim More
