I would call to inquire about a vehicle’s status and would get quick responses in a day or so if not immediate. My buying experience was with a Sales Associate by the name of Joe Jenkins. He was very diligent in helping me to find the used car I wanted. It had been several weeks since first inquiring about a car that had already sold, but when another came along I was politely called to see if I still had interest. Joe was honest and not the least bit pushy. He worked with me to get a fair price, and I would do business with him again. The sales manager was very reasonable and straight forward as well. Even after the sale, Joe has been very responsive and helpful. More

The price was amazing, it was a little over what I had been looking at, but it was also 3 years newer than what I had been searching. Called about it on Thursday night and drove up Friday morning. I was on my way home in about 90 minutes. Amazing group of people. After I got home discoverd a problem, called my salesman. He called me back 15 minutes later and I was told to fax the bill, recieved a check from them 3 days later. More

What surprised me was his interest in listening to what I was looking for, non-pressure sales approach and willingness to ensure I was completely satisfied with the decision I was making. His follow up was right on the mark - not too much and not too little. He kept the ball moving on his end and met all deadlines he set to get me in the exact car I wanted. Even since being in the car, he's followed up to ensure everything is satisfactory - quite the follow through. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jay Schnieders specifically. More

My salesman Todd was extremely helpful and informative, he even kept me aware of used Subaru's whenever they came in. It took less than 2 weeks for him to find me a Subaru I was looking for lower miles, which is next to impossible when it comes to Subaru's. I still can't believe he found me a turbo with 70,000 miles on it. I am extremely happy with my Forester, and is the 3rd Subaru I have owned! Throughout the process, the sales managers also contacted me to thank me for coming in for test drives and calling to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I also appreciate the fact that I get free oil changes for the rest of the time I own this vehicle even though its used. More

That means a ton of hours behind the wheel. I knew what I wanted: all wheel drive, leather, heated seats, good gas mileage and bluetooth. I wanted comfort but also reliability. I looked around and the Subaru Outback was the best fit. I decided to stop by a few weeks ago when I found a Subaru Forester that had great options and a good price. I learned it had been already sold but Mike Amshoff listened to what I was looking for and told me he would keep an eye out for what I wanted. I thought either he would pester the life out of me or he would never call again. But Mike did neither and emailed me and called a couple of times to come in and see what he had. I had missed a couple of cars due to a busy schedule. But when he called again I was ready and was well pleased with what Mike had found. It was exactly what I was looking for. I can tell you dealing with Mike was a breeze. He laid everything out for me and didn't play any games. I bought the Outback and have every confidence in Subaru of Beechmont because of Mike. Nikki was also very nice and made the business end of the deal easy going and relaxed. No high pressure and no mind games. I'm sorry I've forgotten her last name but she was great. I will recommend anyone about Subaru of Beechmont. Thanks Mike! More

Although the Outback was the first on my list of desirable cars, I didn't think I would be able to afford a new car. I was planning on test driving an Outback to compare it to other cars, and possibly settle for a used Subaru in the end. However, Jeff quickly (after a drive) suggested that he might be able to work some numbers to satisfy our budgetary need. I left with the numbers, went home to think and check prices on truecar.com, and was convinced that he was right on. I went back and bought the car. And, from the time I drove in to only test drive, went home, and back to purchase, it was only 3 hours. Painless and easy. I'll be back in about 250 miles for another one. More

We ended up receiving a great deal on a fantastic car, thanks to the help of Mr. Jenkins. We did not feel deceived or thrown for loops at all during the sales process. The salesmen were straightforward and honest and truly wanted us to get a good price in order to fully enjoy the car. Great first experience. You have a Subaru customer for life. More

Sales person (Mike Amshoff) was very patient with me before, during and after the sale. I wasn't completely set on the vehicle I came in on so he listened to my needs and showed me quite a few that fit both my needs and budget. The negotiation process was very smooth and at no time did it feel disingenuous trying to add in unneeded warranties, etc.. The finance team worked hard and was able to get a very nice rate and terms. In fact when I returned the following day to pick up the vehicle they had secured an even better loan than we had agreed upon the day before. After the sale I had a small issue with the paperwork that was quickly taken care of followed by an issue with the car that was not covered by any warranty yet they brought the car in right away and fixed it anyway. Over the years I have bought dozens of cars, many of them through dealerships This place is a class act all the way around. I would go far out of my way to buy from them over dozens of other choices in the tri-state area. More
