Great experience for a first time Subaru buyer!! I usually despise car shopping but Subaru of Beechmont made the car buying experience pleasant. I have a Subaru dealership much closer to me but of t I usually despise car shopping but Subaru of Beechmont made the car buying experience pleasant. I have a Subaru dealership much closer to me but of the 3 dealerships I visited this past weekend, there isn't a negative thing that I have to say about Subaru of Beechmont. The salesmen, sales manager and finance manager were polite, professional, knowledgeable and fair. They treated me with respect and were never pushy or rude, even when I said I wanted a couple of days to think about it, they waited until I called to check in with them instead of ringing my phone off the hook. They were also fair on their prices and on the value of my trade-in. I will definitely be returning to Subaru of Beechmont for future purchases. More

From there, the sales guy Mike Amshoff was outstanding. He was able to do most of the leg work before I came in so that all that needed to happen was was negotiating the trade and the sticker price. I was very happy with the terms and I was in and out in under 2 hours which is definitely a first. I would highly recommend them for future purchases. More

It is too common that older men act like women (who make their own money) dont know how to make any decisions on their own. One salesmen accused me of wanting a car I was test driving because it was "pretty." Jay did not talk down to me. He was nice, positive and respected my opinions. I will be sending my friends to him in the future. He made sure I was comfortable in my choice and that is how buying a car should feel. More
