When I picked up the car he went over all the details so I would be comfortable in my new car. It was such an easy process. And I have been so happy with my Forrester. Buying a Toyota Matrix Tom was the sales person that I was dealing with for buying my 2009 Toyota Matrix. He was very friendly and outgoing. I did most of the paperwork with Tom was the sales person that I was dealing with for buying my 2009 Toyota Matrix. He was very friendly and outgoing. I did most of the paperwork with Tom. I came back the next day to purchase the car and finished the paperwork. I dealt with another sales person that was very nice. He told me my car would have $20 worth of gas put in and detailed. After I purchased the car, I realized it didn't have $20 worth of gas and was not detailed. Those were the only things that I was unsatisifed with was the gas and not clean. Overall, the sales people were great. More
