Extremely disappointed with how the manager and sales person handled our appointment at Beechmont Subaru. According to the sales person, a couple had just test driven the car we were looking at and had person handled our appointment at Beechmont Subaru. According to the sales person, a couple had just test driven the car we were looking at and had walked away (left the dealership) from the car. We test drove the vehicle - which was "available" and were ready to put a full cash offer. That's when the sales person came back and said that the car was already sold and the manager had the keys. The way the situation was handled took us by surprise since we had driven with our two year old to look at this vehicle. Are you telling me that a customer that walked away from the car is more important than someone that was willing to buy it right there? And for full asking price? We've had multiple Subarus over the years and will never do business with this dealership again. More

I've never had an easier vehicle purchase experience. Chase Robison was the sales consultant we worked with for our purchase. Chase is personable, extremely knowledgeable and kept us in the loop throughout the complete purchase process. Chase took the time to help us discern what we want and need in a vehicle and only made recommendations accordingly. He showed us the models and explained the different trim packages that could fit our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and he made recommendations concerning the new model changes and technologies available. This was not a sales pitch; this was information sharing. It was obvious that Chase' focus was to help us purchase what we want and need. Not what needed to move off the lot that month. When our vehicle arrived Chase set up an appointment with us for delivery. We walked the vehicle, he showed us the bells and whistles. We then met with the finance team and did the dirty work of the purchase. The whole process only took thirty minutes and that was only because of my slow decisions. A day later I received an email. This was an invitation to set up an in-person or virtual meeting with a technician to tutor us in the onboard vehicle tools and amenities. This was an awesome opportunity and a complimentary service that we took the advantage. I was once again amazed at the dedication to service. I highly recommend Beechmont Subaru and the staff. You won't be disappointed in your next purchase experience! More
The service department has disappointed me four separate times now. An oil plug was not installed so I had to return on my way home, there were two times they could not find a tire leak that a local tire sh times now. An oil plug was not installed so I had to return on my way home, there were two times they could not find a tire leak that a local tire shop was able to find and fix in a matter of minutes, the coolant was not filled as it was supposed to be during a service prompting me to have to buy coolant myself before a big trip in case it was something wrong with the car (it was not the car). Then they didn’t install a spark plug correctly, wouldn’t look into it at my next service, and caused me to pay $300 at another Subaru dealer who found the issue. The “free” oil changes have cost me way more than if I paid for oil changes elsewhere. I’d avoid this service at this dealer at all costs in the future (or it’ll end up costing you like it did me). I came in to look at a car on a Saturday, right before closing. My sales person Jason made me feel welcomed immediately, and tossed me the keys to a new WRX to take for a spin. Knowing they were closing in minutes I told him I would make it a quick drive, but he told me to take it for as long as I needed to know if the car was right for me. When I got back it was closing time, but everyone was still so willing to answer all questions I had, and worked up numbers for me. I got to speak with Jason's manager, Joe, who was very politely. He presented me with the numbers and told me to take as much time as I needed to be sure it was the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jason or Joe. Unfortunately I ended up buying a different brand vehicle, but I will be sure to visit Jason at Beechmont Subaru if I ever am in the market for a Subaru again. More
Beechmont Subaru always exceeds my expectations. The service is topnotch and there is a focus on the customer's satisfaction which is lost in today's world. Mark, in the Service Dept was very helpful, and gave me a discount due to some minor confusion in the estimate. I’ve taken my car there for service for seven years (since I bought it there), they have alw a discount due to some minor confusion in the estimate. I’ve taken my car there for service for seven years (since I bought it there), they have always been very polite and helpful. But I have a concern that the brakes were in terrible shape on the latest visit and they had never mentioned them to me in the past which makes me think that they didn’t carefully inspect the brakes. More
