He went entirely out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted, get it on the lot, cleaned up, and ready for me in one weeks time. I made a call to him on Tuesday, and had the car by Saturday. Not only that, I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership from start to finish! Rhonda Silbiger, the finance manager, was also AMAZING to work with. Beechmont Subaru doesn't treat you like a sale, they treat you like a friend. They were excited for me, which I really enjoyed. If you are looking to get great customer service without the nonsense of being treated like a sale then I would say Beechmont Subaru is the place for you. More

Excellent car buying experience We had thoroughly researched the Subaru Outback though Subaru's web site, consumer review web sites and various dealership web sites. Also, a Subaru display at the Cincinnati Flower Show in April let us thoroughly explore the car. The regional rep., Darcie, took more than half an hour with us. So, when we made an appointment with Joe Jenkins at Beechmont Subaru, we were quite familiar with the product. A friend recommended Joe from a prior purchase experience. What we hadn't done to that point was drive an Outback. Since we were going to test drive the car, Joe went over many of the car's essential features. And, as we asked questions, he went into greater depth. He let us take the car so we could chose our own route and road configurations that we wanted. From our prior research, I had in mind what a good price point would be for the Outback with the features that we wanted. Joe's offer was within $50.00 of my target. The model we wanted with the interior/exterior colors and feature combinations wasn't on the the lot; but, was available from another dealer. Joe kept us advised as the car was being brought in from the other dealer. There was never any pressure to add options or features that we didn't want. The same applies to dealing with the business staff as we concluded the purchase. More

My experience good not have been better. I leased a 2015 Subaru Outback replacing my 2013 Subaru Outback. My salesperson was Todd Gray. Professional and curteous. I have purchased many new cars over the years. This is my first Subaru. I have dealt with many sales people. Some are great and some are snakes. To find someone that I trust usually requires going through 5 or 6 dealers. I found that dealer and salesman at Beechmont Subaru, Mike Amshoff. I arrived unannounced, met Mike, easily negotiated a price that was fair for both of us, and purchased a new car within 20 minutes. Mike Amshoff, and Beechmont Subaru, treated me like gold. There was no pressure and no long blah-blah-blah. Everything was honest, ethical, and up front. There were no surprises or hidden costs. This is the way I like to buy cars, and it is what keeps customers coming back. More

I will always go to Beechmont Subaru because of the excellent service I received from William and Mike in sales. On the day I picked up my new car, my daughter became ill and hospitalized. They were kind and understanding as well as worked diligently to get me out of there so I could be with my daughter. Of course, I want a dealership that knows about their cars and can educate me about my new vehicle; however, I also have a dealership with a heart. That is the most important thing to me. More

free oil changes...cant trust them. Bought a 13 Ford Fusion from there with 6,000 miles. One of "perks" that I liked was the free oil change for life. Took the fusion there for the first oil change about 2 weeks later noticed oil under my car. Took it to Valveoline and the techs there said the oil filter did not fit properly and was just barley hanging on with oil shooting out of the sides. Informed Beechmont Subaru of this and they did reimburse me and admitted they use aftermarket oil filters I imagine they do this because of all the nonsubaru cars they sell used. Well, I took my car there for one more shot and I will be damnned if I just didn't notice a couple of fresh oil spots in my driveway.. Just cant believe it. I feel that the offer of free oil changes to sell the car and their inability to perform the promise is a fail of sell. We will see. Disgusted. More
