Almost perfect Purchased a 2013 wrx recently through them. The first salesman I talked to about it initially appeared unhappy to show me the car (not sure if he was about to leave for the day, understandable if he was), and tried selling me on a wrx that was "traded in by an old man" despite it having mod stickers etc. I spoke to another salesman the next day who had assisted me when browsing the late earlier and he was very helpful and low pressure. I am a little disappointed about a few things though: the detailing of the car was quite poor (considerable amount of sand in the door pocket, interior was just overall not well detailed, lots of unbuffered wax on the body), the center console lid was missing screws and after asking them to replace them before I drove the car off the lot, the salesman brought out some screws, found they were too big, and told me to get them from home Depot. I had an overall good experience but their attention to detail and customer satisfaction could use improvement. More

Awesome Customer Service and Car! I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and my salesperson was Joe Jenkins. This was the first time I had ever bought a vehicle brand new and had I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and my salesperson was Joe Jenkins. This was the first time I had ever bought a vehicle brand new and had specific questions about the car after doing some research of my own online. This was one of the better customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in I felt appreciated as a customer and that Beechmont Subaru truly wanted to convey themselves as an excellent car dealership. Joe took me out in the car I ended up purchasing and, per my request, allowed me to take the car a little further in the test drive so I could try it out on a highway and get a feel for its acceleration. I already know Subarus have an excellent reputation for being great cars and I think the same will hold true for buying cars from this specific dealership! I have a feeling I will be returning in the future for other vehicle purchases! More

Unbelievable experience for buying a new vehicle. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by my salesman and the car that I had been waiting for to come in on the salesroom floor. I knew right away that we would probably have a deal. I had done my homework and knew about how much that the new BRZs were going for. I had never delt with this dealership and didn't know what to expect. I was totally blown away. Joe Jenkins was probably one of the best salesman I had ever had. He went over and above what I had expected coming in over $ 500 BELOW what I had planned to pay and I didn't even have to ask for more off. I have gotten numerous emails since welcoming me to the family from corporate and the owners and have never felt so appreciated from a dealership after the purchase of a vehicle EVER. Believe me I have purchased many automobiles this is the very first time that I decided to purchase on credit. It was so easy and simple. My hats off to Beechmont Subaru and Joe Jenkins. They really know how to treat customers ! More

I was treated with respect and would return. Todd gray did a great job of working with us. He made me feel like he really cared about being happy with my car. I really felt like the dealership in general was really good about treating customers. I appreciate that they were willing to drop the price of the car a few hundred dollars because of the repairs it needed done. I would recommend this to a friend it was a good experience. I would highly recommend Todd gray he was really friendly and nice. More
