After requesting quotes at 5 different dealerships, Dick responded within an hour with an email as well as a phone call. Within another hour I was driving the Ford Focus Titanium I had seen online. Dick went through the cars features and his knowledge of the vehicle was great. Within 30 minutes of the test drive and viewing the features of the vehicle, I had an acceptable deal. The trade in I had made the deal a bit complicated but Dick and the team at Beechmont worked through it and made me what I felt was a good deal. The process was quick and easy. I went back hat afternoon to sign paperwork and drove off in the Ford Focus Titanium I saw online that morning. If possible, I would definitely buy my next vehicles from Dick and the Beechmont team. I had been searching quite some time for a vehicle that I could afford and would fit my family (8 kids total). I was feeling hopeless after visiting many dealerships that were not interested in actually assi could afford and would fit my family (8 kids total). I was feeling hopeless after visiting many dealerships that were not interested in actually assisting me in the right vehicle, but interested in their commission. That was my impression at least. My husband had visited Beechmont Ford while working in the area (we are from Kentucky) and found a Dodge Durango. He spoke with Greg Foppe, and the next day we both drove up to meet with Greg. I fell in love with the Durango! However, after speaking with finance, it was not going to be affordable for me. I was pretty disappointed. The finance gentleman had informed me there were a couple of older minivans he could put me in, but I was not interested. There was more room in the Durango. I left there feeling hopeless once again. My husband called the finance gentleman we had spoken with after we got home that night and asked about putting more money down and trading in my vehicle, unfortunately the payments were still too high. I was so sad :( The next afternoon, Greg called to tell me he had worked with another gentleman in the finance department, Tony Tamash, and they had great news for me! Tony had found a lender with payments I could afford. I was ecstatic!!!! As soon as I got off work we drove to Beechmont Ford and signed the paperwork. Greg was so sweet. He said he had thought of us all night. He knew we really wanted that vehicle and he knew there had to be a way to make it work! I am so grateful to Greg and Tony both! I REALLY appreciate your sincerity and loyalty to your customers. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and the customer service I received at Beechmont Ford. Greg and Tony - thank you SO much for going above and beyond for me - and all the others you help! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! More
