I called ahead and told Dick what I was looking for and the car I wanted and he had everything ready and waiting when I got there. Gary Brown also made my experience at Beechmont Ford pleasent. When I arrived to drop my truck off to Gary, I had asked if he could take a look at fixing the head liner which was sagging and a chrome trim piece around the shifter which had come up. When I returned the next day Gary had said the problems had been taken care of. Looking back, I'm very pleased with Beechmont Ford and the service they provide. More
I spent time with Bill Lewis and Terry Reeves over a three week period discussing my options for a vehicle. Over that time, they answered all my questions and allowed me and my family the opportunity t three week period discussing my options for a vehicle. Over that time, they answered all my questions and allowed me and my family the opportunity to take home and drive a vehicle. This allowed us to experience the vehicle under our normal daily routine. After several discussions, Bill and I where able to agree on a price that would work for both of us. Beechmont was also able to beat the financing that I was offered by my credit union. As a result, my wife and I where able to walk in and sign papers and drive the vehicle home after work. I will recommend Beechmont Ford to my family and friends. More
Terry was great in the overall process of purchasing this car. I am out of state and bought it for my son who will be residing in the state at the end of May. I went in for an oil change and to look at potentially replacing my Ford Ranger for a more family friendly vehicle and was greeted by Mr. Dick Barrick when looking over the vehicles in the showroom. We talked for about 5 minutes prior to even mentioning buying a new vehicle. Being at ease from the beginning of the process was greatly appreciated. After repeated calls and emails to Carl about the status of the rebate. He said he would check into it but he would never call or email me back. I have given this rating because of the poor follow up from Carl about this rebate. More

Dick worked with me on ordering the right options for me, they were also very fair on my trade in. And when I was ready to pick the truck up it was out front and ready to go. Also Dick made sure I knew how to use all the new options on 2013 Super Duty compared to my 2011 Super Duty. And one of the most important thing about my wife and I driving Ford vehicles is being friends with Cliff McCord the Used Car Sales Manager. If it was not for him I will still be driving GMC trucks. Buying a vehicle from Beechmont Ford is always been a great experience for my wife and I, from the owner and the General Manager to the guys in the Service Department. This was my first time buying a new car and I was so excited for it to be a Ford. The first time I walked in the door Bill was there to help me. He answered all of my questions that I had about the car excited for it to be a Ford. The first time I walked in the door Bill was there to help me. He answered all of my questions that I had about the car I was considering buying. Worked up some figures for me and even advised me of options for getting a new car, if I wasn't able to purchase. The second time I came in, I called ahead to Bill and let him know we were coming and he made sure the car I wanted was pulled around so that I could see it. I thought it was so nice of him to have it ready for me to look over when I got there. The financing process was definitely the most difficult because of how long of a hold it was for Ford Motor Credit and I also do not have great credit. Both Bill and the associate who does financing stuck it out with me, and helped me find a way to get financed so that I could purchase my first new car. I really appreciate the time and thought they put into helping me get financed and walked me through that process. The final guy that I spoke to, Tony, was just so sweet and considerate. He explained everything to me so that I understood it and even answered the half a million questions from my mother. He was very accomodating and kind. When the car was officially mine, Bill was still there and took me step by step, button by button in my new car, so that I would know how everything worked. It was very nice of him to stay as his shift was already over I believe but he never complained, never rushed. Answered every question and even was kind towards my 3 year old as she excitedly went through the car with us. The whole group of associates that I worked with at Beechmont Ford was kind, accomodating and very helpful in the purchase of my first new car. Thanks guys!! More
