Interesting, i just called 2 other service departments in westchester. I made them confirm they had the correct parts to change my oil, I even gave them the last 8 digits of my vin to confirm. Both service departments found it hysterical when they found out why I made them confirm they had the correct parts. I would highly recommend that you guys get a new manager to run the show over there. Maybe things will be run more efficiently and we won’t have to worry about a national back order. Definitely much room for improvement.
