Disappointed. Gave them a second chance after they misinformed me about a car I was buying. Then I picked up the car they handed me the keys NO instructions. Had and issue driving home had to go back. A mechanic came out for a ride with me. He was terrific. I don’t think I have ever felt so ignored? I handed them a check for the full amount of the vehicle and it was see you later. I have never gotten a follow up call. Absolutely nothing!!!! And I was still after the transaction having to send paperwork. Totally disorganized. The salesperson was not organized. I really love Jeep but this was beyond horrible. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I can’t tell you how horrible I felt leaving there with a brand new car. I even called Jeep customer service and complained. I NEVER do that. This was awful. I am mad at myself for following through with the purchase. My lease was up and I needed to get a car so I sucked it up. But I must tell I am angry and disappointed that I did take the car. I really want someone in the company to understand this is not a good representation of your product. I am sorry to have to write this but buying a car is a HUGE investment for me. And they treated me like I was at the grocery store at. The self checkout. More

The service department was excellent. I had a brake issue that I was experiencing which puzzled me since my truck is so new. The Service Tech investigated the issue and found that new rot I had a brake issue that I was experiencing which puzzled me since my truck is so new. The Service Tech investigated the issue and found that new rotors and pads for front and rear were needed and covered under warranty. To my amazement, they didn’t wait to hear from me and started the replacements. I figured it would take a day or two and it only took a few hours! Everyone I dealt with in the service department was great. More
