I have never experienced such poor service. I have a brand new truck that I’m experiencing problems with. No one was really helpful, just told me to call customer service and wait on the phone for 45 m brand new truck that I’m experiencing problems with. I asked if they could do an oil change and they told me they didn’t have a filter and to go to another dealership. I do not think it can get worse than that More

I recently leased a new Jeep Cherokee from Bedford and Laurie Cianflone was my salesperson. I decided to write to you about Laurie for some obvious reasons, i.e., she was nice, she was good, also smart, s Laurie Cianflone was my salesperson. I decided to write to you about Laurie for some obvious reasons, i.e., she was nice, she was good, also smart, she knew her stuff. No that’s not the reason, although everything I just said was true. The reason I want to praise her is that every 3 years, whether for my car or my wife’s car I DREAD having to deal with car salespeople. If they’re not just full of baloney, at best, the worst part is they’re totally over done phoniness of how “they really like you, and they’re going to take care of you special” Like I’m a stranger that comes into the show room and I’m “so special” that I will get a great deal – the same exact deal that anybody named Tom, Dick, or Harry will get. And because I usually at least look at 2 or 3 different dealers to try and get my best financial deal, that is 3 times the DREAD I have to go through. But that was not Laurie. She never gave me the crap that she was going to give me the best deal – but she did give me the best deal. But more than anything she gave me the best effort, spent so much time following up on a lot of complexities with my deal because I had to keep extending my existing lease, which kept changing her ability to give me the best dealer rebate, and of course thanks to the current times we are in, there was no great inventory of cars for me to close on. I spoke to Laurie so often in almost an entire month, more than I speak to my wife – and the car was for her, LOL. I don’t know who your best salesperson is, but from a customer’s perspective, she is your BEST salesperson. If she is not number 1 right now, she will be. She is special, don’t ever lose her.
