I had the pleasure of working with Lisa on a new lease, and I cannot overemphasize how amazing she was. Not only was she honest and knowledgeable but was always very prompt on getting back to me with any q and I cannot overemphasize how amazing she was. The personnel is very courteous. Service was provided efficiently, but my car was not washed. Before we were getting coupons to have our vehicles washed at a car wash next door, but Service was provided efficiently, but my car was not washed. Before we were getting coupons to have our vehicles washed at a car wash next door, but this was stopped. I was told during the previous visit that the dealership was going to provide that service from then on, but that did not happened. More
