Kerry in the service area went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready when promised and was always accessible to answer additional questions I had about the vehicle after purchase. Tanner in the finance department was personable, knowledgeable and very respectful of my time during the finance process. The entire team at Bedard Brothers are approachable, friendly and attentive. This was defintely a painless and easy purchase. And I couldn't be happier with the Volvo! More

Love Volvo. Hate Bedard. Had a terrible experience. I was given totally factually incorrect info about the Care by Volvo lease program and then, when I asked to test drive the entry level SUV, I was asked to given totally factually incorrect info about the Care by Volvo lease program and then, when I asked to test drive the entry level SUV, I was asked to leave the dealership. I thought they were joking! Talk about age discrimination. I can’t believe the sales person, Johanna, and her manager, simply turned their backs on me (literally!) and asked me to vacate the premises and refused to sell me the car. By far the most egregiously worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was ready to acquire a new vehicle and was turned away! Unprofessional and incompetent! More
