Rachel was very helpful while my truck was being worked on. Kept me up to date on its status. EXTREMELY disappointed with the overall service of the sales department. The sales rep repeatedly did not follow through on getting a second key as indicated on the purchase deal to which we all signed an sales department. The sales rep repeatedly did not follow through on getting a second key as indicated on the purchase deal to which we all signed and he never provided that copy. From the very beginning we were promised they would provide a second key to our vehicle (which costs around $800). We were told numerous stories when we actually spoke with the sales rep through texted messages. The sales rep did not contact us by phone, except for once, in which we were told we would hear something soon, and we didn't. In the month of purchasing the vehicle, we had to do all the work locating the dealership that could order and program the key, nearly 3 hours away. Beck & Masten did not cover this cost as indicated on the form we all signed and did not return except one phone call and a few texted messages in which we were given false information. We had purchased a vehicle from the same location under the previous owners with outstanding service in communication and service, even with after purchase care. We hope others searching for a vehicle will have a better experience with truth and integrity. In the past 40 years of purchasing vehicles, we have never been more disappointed, frustrated, and just upset with service in purchasing a vehicle. We NEVER leave reviews but felt compelled due to this month of frustrations. The one star is only given to the receptionist for her kind, courteous, and professional responses when we called and always attempted to locate someone to help. On the other hand we would give no stars to the sales rep for lack of communicating truth and whoever else makes the final approval on vehicle situations after a purchase is made, Our hope is that the vehicle will actually turn out as good as it has been this month, with no help from Beck & Masten. We hope this review will help Beck & Masten improve in their customer communications, honest answers without delay, and integrity in all areas for other potential purchasers. More
