After a short time with Todd, he told us he would be available if we had any additional questions. We liked that he gave us time alone to discuss our potential purchase - never felt pressure to buy. We met with Todd a second time with questions about the differences between the SLE and XLE models. Todd was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. His expertise was a key factor in our decision to buy the XLE. The entire experience from start to finish was positive, which was no surprise since this is our fourth vehicle we have bought from Beck. Still drive the 96 Camry and it still runs great as do the 2001 Sienna and 2005 Camry. More

Excellent customer service I stopped in at Beck knowing exactly what I wanted, a used Camry hybrid. Derik listened to what I was looking for. I test drove a non-hybrid that day.
