The best customer service in Indianapolis! I have a Toyota Highlander 2006 and never had a problem with my vehicle until 2 weeks ago. I visited Beck Toyota since it's really close to my house, I have a Toyota Highlander 2006 and never had a problem with my vehicle until 2 weeks ago. I visited Beck Toyota since it's really close to my house, and they were absolutely really nice and professionals, especially Chuck. They treated me like a queen and explained in details what was wrong with my car. They promised to have it ready the next day, and they did! That was super impressive and I'm happy to have my car back in great conditions again! Love that place! More

Will NOT look elsewhere in future! This is the 4th car I have bought from Beck Toyota in Indianapolis. The 2nd car I have bought from Trent Purdue. I purchased a 2007 Rav4 back in April This is the 4th car I have bought from Beck Toyota in Indianapolis. The 2nd car I have bought from Trent Purdue. I purchased a 2007 Rav4 back in April of 2014 and just did not feel the same about it at the beginning of November. Knowing I had quite a bit of negative equity in the car I went in and talked to Trent. He was up front and honest with me from the start, telling me it may be a little difficult because of the negative equity I had on the Rav4. He proceeded to show me exactly what I had come to look at which was a 2012 Certified Camry. After looking at the one I had expressed interest in I didn't love it. He then showed me one that me and my wife fell in love with. It had a few more miles on it but was cheaper and at the time more economical. We were able to get approved for the loan and left with the car that night. The best thing about Trent and quite frankly, everybody at Beck, is they don't try and talk you into getting something more expensive just to make more money off of you. Trent was honest about everything we asked him. During the test drive there was a sound coming from the blower fan and he thought maybe it was just a leaf. While we were in the process of financing they pulled the car in and sure enough there was a leaf in the fan. Easy fix. Trent genuinely knows about cars; not just enough to pull the wool over the eyes of the customer. More
