Owen Webster is an genuine honest man!!!!! I returned to Beck Toyota today with my 2018 TundrIa that bought a year ago. I bought my Tundra from a salesman (no longer at Beck) that told me the I returned to Beck Toyota today with my 2018 TundrIa that bought a year ago. I bought my Tundra from a salesman (no longer at Beck) that told me the Tundra had a remote start. All I had to do was download the Entune app. Well, after downloading the app and several days of talking to Toyota, I found out that it wasn't even an option on the Tundra. Then I thought, I'll just put an after market remote starter on it. Guess again. My truck was so new that no one would touch my truck. Today I went to Beck for a 5000 mile service and ran into Owen Webster. Owen did finally remember me. I explained my dilemma to Owen. I told Owen I was interested in trading in my truck for a newer version with remote start. Owen diligently researched and found out that it is still not an option. Owen called Ziebart down the street and found out that they could install a remote start. Owen Webster scheduled the install immediately and paid for the remote start in good faith due to the history with my last salesman. Now this is how you conduct business and keep customers. Buying a car is horrible but Trent and Jon made it fun I really appreciated not being talked down to. Most Sales and finance representatives just want the sale. He was not pushy nor annoying. He listened to what I wanted and showed me vehicles that fit my description. He did not bombard me with calls nor try to talk to me into cars I had zero interest in. He did text me regarding a vehicle that fit my needs. I was honestly over the process after dealing with so many other salesmen but the honesty Trent had brought me back. I did like the car he text me about. I left that day without buying it. However, could not stop thinking this was the car for me and the place I want to buy from. I text him late at night with nervous texts. He answered them all late at night and had so much patient. I bought the car the next day. Trent went the extra mile and showed me features about the car which was super helpful. I loved the time and effort he spent with me when he was not obligated to. In fact, he could have been moving on the next deal. He did not. He stayed with me throughout the process. On top of that, he got me in right away with Jon. I have bought many cars in my life and all tried to up sale things I did not need. I never felt that from Jon. I felt he was genuinely trying his best to get the best rate for me. After the deal was done, Jon and Trent got a hold of me because they found a better deal on my car. A very sweet thing to do. I appreciate the both of them very much. I have referred my friends and family to him, I will definitely go back when I need a car. I feel very blessed I found them both in a not so fun situation.
