I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, or our salesperson David Langston! David is seasoned and worked very hard to take good care of us, and did a fantastic job all FOUR times within the la our salesperson David Langston! David is our go-to guy, hands down. The financial guys are fantastic too! They are fast, innovative and so courteous. We needed extra help financially on the last vehicle we bought so he came up with an idea that I couldnt have imagined which saved us not only on our monthly payments, but our loan rate as well. Overall, Beck Toyota is the only place we buy nicer previously owned cars from. Their service is great, sales reps are courteous, financial dept and service dept. are all fantastic. A+ dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change, and, as usual, the check-in staff person, Melissa, was prompt, efficient and friendly. David Langston is our go-to sales rep. We are on our 4th car now with him. He's just an exceptional salesman, easy going, always courteous, and honest. Bought a 2023 Toyota Taco new and had a great experience. Andrew answered all of my questions on the phone and got me everything I needed before I even stepped foot on the floor. Cameron was my sales representative and he was extremely quick and efficient with getting me in and out. Also very nice and courteous personality from a young man. Derek from finance was great, and I appreciate him explaining what was on the forms I was signing instead of rushing for signatures. Building itself was clean. Lot looked organized. Multiple staff offered me assistance when I first walked in despite me being in a tank and shorts. Drinks and concessions were offered. Drove down from Zionsville due to the other closer Toyota dealer's not having what I wanted in stock so this was above and beyond the experience I had at other dealers. Only complaint and it's a VERY MINOR one, when I first called we played phone tag. I called requesting to see if a vehicle was in stock and they transferred me to the service department. Service department then transferred me to sales correctly. But to end on a positive note it was a great experience and they washed the truck while I was working with finance and there was a full tank of gas in the truck. More

Bumper to Bumper coverage quite literally doesn't cover the bumper! My bumper flew off my certified pre-owned Highlander about a month after purchase going down the interstate. When I brought it in, they s the bumper! My bumper flew off my certified pre-owned Highlander about a month after purchase going down the interstate. When I brought it in, they said there is "no way" a bumper just falls off & I "must have" made contact with something. I made contact with nothing. This is an issue that can be googled with this make/model. There are cheap plastic clips that hold the plastic bumper to the car & mine were broken. This was clearly missed in the inspection. A manager didn't even bother to take the initiative to talk with me. The front desk clerk told me I would have to take it up with my insurance. I will NEVER shop with Beck Toyota ever. I am still driving around without my bumper & anyone who asks, "What happened to you bumper?" I make sure to tell them Beck Toyota sells faulty vehicles with pieces that can fall off & they take no responsibility. Buyer beware. More
