My experience was awesome. The process was seem less and quick. Trent was Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time to explain everything and didn't hesitate The process was seem less and quick. Trent was Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time to explain everything and didn't hesitate to accommodate my particular needs and concerns. He wasn't pushy or used car salesman-like at all. His friendly demeanor was very refreshing. Communication was great. The paperwork guy, I believe his name was John, was also very professional and friendly. They both helped the process go smoothly and quickly. My dad was also very impressed with the vehicle, the warranties that were offered, the APR, the salesmen and the dealership altogether. It was a great car buying experience. Thank you! More
