Quality of work on inspection of used vehicles is very poor. I purchased a 2003 Tundra, knowing it had a lot of miles, however they assured me that they did a quality inspection of the vehicle and all it poor. I purchased a 2003 Tundra, knowing it had a lot of miles, however they assured me that they did a quality inspection of the vehicle and all it needed was an oil change. 400 miles later Check engine light appears and according to Ed Martin Toyota records it shows that this same problem was reported just 5 months prior to purchase and nothing was done about it. I had also read online reference several recalls on the 2003, which I brought to Beck Toyota attention and they stated that all recalls were up to date. In actuality it had three recalls that were noticed by Ed Martin Toyota, one requiring the order of gas tank straps. More

We were looking for a specific used car. Beck Toyota had one in stock. I don't believe we have ever purchased a car in so little time. When I called Wendell to set up an appointment to test drive my 2009 Ford Fusion, he made time to meet with me that very day. As a single female in her twenties, going into a dealership to purchase a car can be intimidating. However, I never felt as though I was being pressured or treated unfairly. I definitely recommend working with Mr. Dossett at Beck Toyota. He will give you a fair deal and do whatever he can to ensure that you get the best deal possible on the vehicle you want. More
We have bought many vehicles from George throughout the years. He is always positive and fair when dealing with us. We were a disappointed this year because we have bought so many vehicles from Beck Toyot years. He is always positive and fair when dealing with us. We were a disappointed this year because we have bought so many vehicles from Beck Toyota and the person who sits behind the desk that decides how much the dealership will offer didn't seem to care. We felt for George. He never said a word, but we could tell that he also knew they weren't offering us a decent deal. We only stayed at Beck this time around because we really like George and he has always treated us good. We would like to keep working with him. However, we definitely might consider going to a different dealership because of the other people involved with the deal, especially the person behind the desk who wanted to offer us the same car without a sunroof for almost the same monthly payment as the sunroof car. We would have traded for the non-sunroof if the monthly payment would have been lower, but the difference just didn't seem right. That person did not care which car we really wanted to buy, they just wanted to get rid of a certain car and the deal was not at all what we normally get from Beck when purchasing. Both my husband and I went away feeling uncertain of the deal. We will see when our next car lease is up what we do next summer. If Beck doesn't give us a good deal, this time around we will go to a different dealer. This is by no means a reflection on George. He is wonderful and he is the only reason we will return first to Beck next summer to turn in our Matrix. More

My fears were put to rest within minutes of walking into Beck Toyota. Everyone was super friendly, and not the typical pushy car salesmen. I had read previous reviews on what a great guy Wendell was to deal with, so I asked for him. I bought the first car I took for a test drive and I was out the door and on my way home in my new Yaris in about 3 hours. I have no complaints at all and I will recommend Beck Toyota and Wendell to my friends. More
