While viewing the vehicle at the dealership, I felt that the sales person was very knowledgeable and truthful about the car and all of its features. He was only factual and not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with him and felt that I was able to reach a very reasonable deal for the car. A couple of things needed to be ordered and he worked closely with me and the Service group to make the process very efficient. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would definitely recommend purchasing a used vehcile from Beck. More
'99 Tacoma frame issue buy back. I looked at the Honda Ridgeline, Nissan Frontier and Toyota Tacoma as possible replacement. The Tacoma seemed the best value. I have been a Toyota owner since 1987. In 2003, I purchased an Avalon from George Fuller. I sought George out and purchased my 2011 Tacoma from him. I can think of nothing more to express my satisfaction than that fact. 1987 Camry 1995 Camry 1999 Tacoma 2003 Avalon 2011 Tacoma All were bought new at Beck Toyota. The dealership and service department (Greg Rounds) have done everything not only to keep me returning, but to also keep me feeling that I'm a valued customer. More
Great experience! We searched online for nearly three months for a used RAV4. Wasn't having much luck so I asked my long time mechanic for a recommendation. He said "try Beck's in Indy". He had a goo months for a used RAV4. Wasn't having much luck so I asked my long time mechanic for a recommendation. He said "try Beck's in Indy". He had a good experience a few years ago. One hour later I was online and found our RAV at Beck's. I got ahold of Wendell right away and he told me the status of the car. A few days later we took a look (couldn't test drive yet) and we put down "earnest" money. We completed the purchase two weeks later when the transmission was corrected and we drove away happy! More
