The sales man I worked with was Ed. He was new at that time. He was ok. My complaint is about his manager and the way they do business in General. They took my van to check it out and give me an estimate time. He was ok. My complaint is about his manager and the way they do business in General. They took my van to check it out and give me an estimate of how much they can offer for the Trade. Ed came back with papers and showed me the figure. it was $1200. I told Ed, please give my keys, I dont want to deal with you guys. Then his manger comes running and tries to offer me $2,200. I again said please give my keys I dont want to deal. Remember they took my key to drive my car to determine the value. They wouldnt give my key back. They want to keep me there and put pressure and make me accept whateever trade value they offer. Ed Was ok. He had some manners and professionalism. But his manager is rude, un-professional & un-friendly. Finally he gave me the key and said I will never get more than 2200 for my trade. Next day I went to Tomwood Toyota on 38th & Lafayatte Road. I got $3,300 for the Trade. There's more. I spoke to my colleagues at work about my experience with Beck Toyota. Their reaction was "why did you go there?". They had already been there and got the same bitter experience. I will not recomend going to this dealer ship. If you do go there, be careful. Do your research before you go there. More

I was looking for a good used Rav 4 and had found one at another dealership and made an appointment to go see it and test drive it and the salesman called me while I was on my way and said it had been sold another dealership and made an appointment to go see it and test drive it and the salesman called me while I was on my way and said it had been sold before I got there. After talking to Wendell he told me he would hold the Rav, that had not come in to the dealership, for me and that I would be the first one to see it and test drive it. After it came he Wendell stood by his promise and called me and held it for me until I could get there and after seeing the car it was exactly what I was looking for I purchased the vehicle.
