WOW........THEY SPECIALIZE IN MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE! MY FINANCIAL SITUATION WAS DEVASTATED DUE TO MEDICAL BILLS AND BEING DOWNSIZED FROM MY CAREER. AS I TRIED TO RE-ESTABLISH MYSELF AND GET ON MY FEET, MY FINANCIAL SITUATION WAS DEVASTATED DUE TO MEDICAL BILLS AND BEING DOWNSIZED FROM MY CAREER. AS I TRIED TO RE-ESTABLISH MYSELF AND GET ON MY FEET, I THOUGHT MY ONLY OPTION FOR A CAR WAS TO GO TO A "BUY HERE PAY HERE" PLACE. BEFORE MAKING THAT FINAL DECISION I REMEMBERED WATCHING A BECK TOYOTA COMMERCIAL AND I COULD HEAR PHYLLIS BECK'S KIND AND GENTLE VOICE IN MY HEAD. I FIGURED A PHONE CALL IS FREE AND IT CERTAINLY WON'T BE THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN TOLD "NO, SORRY." SO I CALLED BECK TOYOTA AND SPOKE TO "TRENT PURDUE". HE PATIENTLY LISTENED TO MY STORY THEN HE SET TO WORK TRYING TO RESOLVE MY SPECIFIC ISSUE. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS FAMILY..... EVEN THOUGH I HAD NEVER SET FOOT IN THE DEALERSHIP NOR MET HIM FACE-TO-FACE. LATER WHEN I GOT THE PHONE CALL TO COME IN, EVERYONE THERE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY POLITE TO ME. I NOT ONLY GOT A NEW CAR, I GOT PAYMENTS THAT WERE DRASTICALLY LOWER THAN A "BUY HERE" TYPE OF FACILITY, AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT I ACTUALLY GOT THE COLOR OF CAR I ALWAYS WANTED. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE BUYERS TO TRY BECK TOYOTA, THEY NOT ONLY GAVE ME A SECOND CHANCE, BUT TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY IN THE PROCESS. My Camry I just want to say Thank you to Dave Langston for helping me to buy a 2011 Camry LE. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I stopped by but he was very pat I just want to say Thank you to Dave Langston for helping me to buy a 2011 Camry LE. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I stopped by but he was very patient as I test drove several different styles. He helped me to find the car that best suited me and my financial needs. He helped me to prepare for the financial manager and went over all of my options. Dave has done a great job in follow up of any concerns that I may have and also has guided me in my service needs to keep my Toyota running forever, he is always professional. For all of the same reasons listed above we decided to come back to Trent to purchase another vehicle, and yet again he maintained the high standards of customer service from above. My new Camry Thank you Beck Toyota and Aaron Fowler for getting me my new 2014 Camry. I was looking at several pre-owned cars to see which one best suited me. I Thank you Beck Toyota and Aaron Fowler for getting me my new 2014 Camry. I was looking at several pre-owned cars to see which one best suited me. I was real worried about buying used because I am on a tight budget and did not want to have to pay for repairs also, which comes with most used cars. My salesman Aaron showed me several pre-owned Camry's and I found one that I thought I may like for $425 a month. I was real nervous about being able to afford the payment. Aaron then told me that he would like to show me a new one as well. After showing me the new one, I knew it was the car that I wanted but I knew I could not afford it. He then explained to me that I would definitely be able to afford it with my payment being $387. I asked him why he would do that when the rule is there is more $ to be made on a used car than a new. He responded with " I want you to be comfortable with your payment and have the peace of mind of no repairs". I agreed to the payment and signed for my New Camry. I cannot believe that I was going to settle for a used car for a higher payment than I got my new one. Thanks Aaron and Beck Toyota, you guys are awesome. More
The most honest and hassle free car purchase ever I had visited 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Indianapolis area to test drive my new Rav4. I knew exactly which car I wanted. I contacted Beck Toy I had visited 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Indianapolis area to test drive my new Rav4. I knew exactly which car I wanted. I contacted Beck Toyota and spoke with my sales person Aaron. He advised me that he would have to call me back with the numbers that I had requested. Within 15 minutes he returned my call with the price and payments including sales tax and fees. I agreed that I wanted the Rav4 at the payments that he had quoted and scheduled an appointment with him the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Aaron and he advised me the vehicle was gassed and ready and 80% of my paperwork was complete. I spent a total of an hour and 15 minutes at the dealership before I was driving in my new Toyota. This was the easiest, most hassle free car buying experience that I have ever experienced. All my numbers were the exact same when I signed my paperwork and nothing was hidden. I recommend Aaron and Beck Toyota for your next Toyota purchase. More
Worst dealer award goes to......... Beck Toyota. Takes the worst dealer award. I go in there with my dodge Grand Caravan as a trade to get a new Toyota corolla. They offer me a low ba Beck Toyota. Takes the worst dealer award. I go in there with my dodge Grand Caravan as a trade to get a new Toyota corolla. They offer me a low ball offer enough to insult me. I request my van keys they had taken from me to appraise. This is where it gets tricky. I wanted go take my van a s return home. They wouldn't give me my van key. It's like they are hustling and pressuring me and using time delay tactics. I had ask for my keys SEVERAL times. After more than an hour they gave my keys. Their dealings are shady. They are cunning. And low class. Even the manager behaved like donkey's rear. Kept lying to me. They have no interest in correcting their mistakes and earning customer respect. Don't go there. But it you have to, I'm sorry for you. Go prepared, use Truecar.com and other online tools to know what is a fair price and what's the lowest other customers have paid in your area. Though I live in greenwood I went to 38 & Lafayette road and bought my 2013 corolla. My experience was very bitter. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE. Stay away from these guys. More

I purchased a 2005 Ford Freestyle Limited from Beck Toyota Pre-Owned sales. The salesman was very nice and the facility was nice. The problem was the vehicle. I asked if the vehicle had any mechanical Toyota Pre-Owned sales. The salesman was very nice and the facility was nice. The problem was the vehicle. I asked if the vehicle had any mechanical issues and was assured it did not. I was told the only issue with the vehicle where several minor cosmetic things that I was willing to overlook. Within two days of bringing the vehicle home I was experiencing a screeching noise from under the hood. Thinking it was a serpentine belt issue I brought the vehicle to my local Ford dealership to have it looked at. Initially they thought it was also the serpentine belt. But in the process of removing the belt they discovered that the real issue was the Crankshaft pulley had disintegrated. The pulley alone is $988 dollars. Had I known that this vehicle had this issue I would have stayed far far away from it. The only way you can tell that the pulley is starting to go is from belt noise. When asked why I hadn’t heard any belt noise initially. My Ford dealer told me it appeared that copious amounts of belt condition had been applied to quite the belt. At least until the car was off of Beck Toyotas lot. To me that is a deceptive sales tactic to hide the true issues of a vehicle until it has been purchased and it is no longer their problem. When I called Beck Toyota about the issue I was told they could not/would not help me and I should try AutoZone or O'reilly auto parts. So now I have a vehicle that I cannot drive without thousands of dollars in repair costs. Thanks a lot Beck Toyota for selling me a “quality” used car. More
After my husband and son spent three hours at a Kia dealership doing what my husband refers to as the "Dirty Dealer Dance," we decided to look into the used Toyota option. I explained to the salesman, dealership doing what my husband refers to as the "Dirty Dealer Dance," we decided to look into the used Toyota option. I explained to the salesman, Trent Purdue, on the phone a) what we wanted, b) how high we were willing to go, and c) what our experiences with other dealers had been. I could tell from the beginning that Trent was going to work well with us. He was honest, hard-working, and communicative. He found four vehicles that met our criteria, emailed me the details, then followed up with a phone call assuring the pricing we needed. Just to make sure, I spent the following day trying to get anyone in greater Indianapolis to beat his deal. Not only would no one beat it, they wouldn't come close to meeting it. Of course, they all first, attempted to have us come in, indicating they couldn't give me information until I filled out financing paperwork. When I refused, they did the "Dirty Dealer Dance" promising they could beat Beck's deal. Then they all reneged. Trent showed up that evening (on his day off) to show us the vehicles in person. Once we decided on the deal, we had the most painless write up and financing paperwork EVER. What a wonderful experience. Give Beck a chance. You will be so happy you did!!!!!!!!! More
