Eliminate Tom Higgins, and Beck Toyota is "Excellent". My wife and I purchased a Mitsubishi Montero Limited. Aside from Tom Higgins, the experience was very good. Steve is knowledgeable, but he has a way of doing business without applying the type of pressure that can sometimes make the car buying experience sour. On the other hand, Higgins is obnoxious and nearly caused us to do business elsewhere. I too work in sales, and I can say this in all honesty, Higgins is one of the least proficient salespersons I have ever met.
