My preliminary shopping was done via internet at several Toyota dealerships in the Indianapolis area. Beck's web site was user-friendly and the information on each vehicle was complete. More importantly, the Beck representative I dealt with, Mr. Trent Purdue, was professional, courteous, informative, and responsive to my concerns and questions. The price negotiation process was likewise transparent and professional. Finally, the administrative side was a breeze. The F&I representative, Steve Rose, had all the paper work timey prepared and explained the details appropriately. Overall, it was an excellent experience compared to other dealerships I have made purchases from. I will give Trent Purdue and the Beck team an A+. More

They only care the day you buy the car I've been driving manual transmission cars for 30+ years, I know how to shift gears and I don't ride the clutch. A throw out bearing went out at 33,00 I've been driving manual transmission cars for 30+ years, I know how to shift gears and I don't ride the clutch. A throw out bearing went out at 33,000 miles and they had to replace the entire clutch. Said it was a "wear and tear" item like brakes. xxxxxxxxx. I've even driven junk American cars for 100,000 miles without a clutch going out. This was my first Toyota (a Yaris) and it will be my last. I'm going back to Honda after this car is paid for. More
