They added ridiculous auto zone type stuff to vehicle insisting they do that on all vehicles and no option to not have on. Then if one did want that silly stuff, it would have cost less than $50 but the insisting they do that on all vehicles and no option to not have on. This device is not required by my insurance company or my financing bank. They refused to take it off or the charge for it. Its only good for a year. Jeez what a rip off. We will never do business with them again. We paid MSRP so we all know they made plenty of profit. Unfortunately we lost three vehicles to a hail storm and were in need. Sorry customer service in sales. Glad we live 200 miles away and hopefully never even see their sign again. More
My salesperson was nice and tried to be accommodating, but really couldn't answer any questions about the car. I asked if the car and engine had been gone over and are in good condition with no problems but really couldn't answer any questions about the car. During the pre-sale process of looking at and driving the car (used), anything I asked about he said would be taken care of. However, that changed after I completed the purchase. Suddenly, the list of things that were supposed to get taken care of didn't really happen without me getting upset and arguing about it. They kept the car for a week after purchase to complete the checklist of things to do, and it wasn't all completed or cleaned/detailed when I finally got the car. When the car was delivered to me, the salesperson was just going to drop it and leave w/out giving me the chance to look at it and discuss what was/wasn't done. He was less than engaged when I mentioned problems. They added over $900 to the car for some security package I said I didn't need or want and refused to take it off, then, the car wasn't even ready with all the features I paid for! My financing wasn't completed correctly and almost 3 weeks later I'm still waiting to receive my paperwork. I am also still waiting to receive all the security features that I paid for and didn't need/want. I am not really happy with my experience and would not go back to or recommend this dealership when the time comes for a new vehicle. More
The service department has had my vehicle for nearly two weeks and I don't think they have even started on it. It is warranty work so is a low priority for them, but they never once have called us to give u weeks and I don't think they have even started on it. I call every other day or so and it is nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone and if they do it is never my advisor. I have sent an email to the service manager and left a voicemail for the general manager and all I have heard is crickets. The WORST customer service ever. More

Tried getting in touch with them few times and never received a response. 2 weeks later, a sales person reached out to me via email asking if I need any help. I forwarded the same emails again and mentioned that I am still waiting for response and no response from him again. I then searched for the car on their website with VIN and the price has been priced several grant more than what it shows on cars.com. Probably why they are not even interested in responding back to me. I am happy to learn about their shady practices ahead when I started reading reviews about them. Don't waste your time talking to this dealer. More
Extremely Disappointing Service Experience! However, I must express my utmost disappointment with the service department. Regrettably, I will not be returning here again. First and foremost, the service advisor, Sunni, demonstrated an alarming level of rudeness and disrespect since initially dropping off the car. It was truly disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from a representative of the dealership. Moreover, the service updates provided over the course of the past two weeks were far from satisfactory. Despite my proactive approach in requesting updates via phone or text, I was often left waiting for days without any response. It was disheartening to see the lack of communication and concern for customer satisfaction. The issues extended beyond communication as well. Attempting to reach the service department or a manager by phone was a futile exercise. Even when I attempted to contact them through the sales line, I was unable to get through. I even took the initiative to leave a message for a service manager, but unfortunately, I never received any communication back. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up the car, Sunni did not even acknowledge my presence. Instead, she appeared engrossed in her phone just like nearly every other employee, leaving me standing there for several frustrating minutes waiting for some kind of direction. This kind of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable. Given the unsatisfactory experience I encountered, I can confidently say that I will never consider purchasing a new Kia from this dealership ever again. I feel it is crucial for potential buyers to be aware of the subpar service they are likely to receive here. It is my hope that the dealership takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers. More
