Super rude experience today, I got my first and last oil change there today. The service girl came up to me with an attitude, and a man who I am assuming was her boss was even worse. I booked an appointme change there today. The service girl came up to me with an attitude, and a man who I am assuming was her boss was even worse. I booked an appointment for 8am and after 2 people that came in after me were helped, she informed me that it would be an hour and a half wait. I said I made an appointment for 8 why is it an hour and a half? She said that there was another car in front of me. This was also my first oil change, and was told to email her my proof that I was supposed to get an oil change because they don’t keep those records. Ok this is not off to a good start. My car then is delivered to the front early (about 8:35). Ok great, I wait and wait and wait for someone to bring my keys so I can leave. Nothing. After about 10 minutes I walk to the front, this lady has a man standing behind her, and I hear her say, yea this lady had a problem, then got up and walked out. This man then says to me rudly, whats the problem? I told him what happened, he takes up for this rude lady, and then attempts to make me feel bad for not being satisfied with my service. Then asks me why I didn’t get a car wash. Really y’all are that lazy you can’t run my car through the wash after telling me I need to wait 90 minutes for an oil change? Not sure if they are screwing on the side but xxxx, not even an attempt to make it better. I let him know I won’t be back and he seemed surprised. I had to ask for my keys twice. I’m glad this was free because this was literally the worst service I’ve ever encountered. More
Service is as expected. However, 4 new tires were required. The service advisor was unable to provide any do umentation showing extent of tire warranty. His assumption was, apparently, that any problems would be taken care of by returning to this dealer. Disappointing. More
