My service appointment with Jason Lucas was outstanding: I was satisfied with the appointment date/time. The service team was immediate to see me when I arrived. Jason reviewed the checklist of multipoint inspection. Jason kept me informed on status of my vehicle. Jason was completely focused on my needs. I left car with dealer to be serviced and transportation was offered. My car was returned to me cleaner than before. My service work was completed right the first time. My vehicle was ready when promised.
