Hi Brian, I appreciate you reaching out, thank you for that. Unfortunately the whole experience soured me, and the fact that I was made to feel as if my feelings were not valid, there is no chance I would return to be treated like that again. I will not allow the service person and her supervisor (shame on him for that) make me feel less than. Thank you for reaching out but I will never return to this location again for service. I would advise to put them in a different department because talking to people does not suit either of them.
