Everytime I take the van to get a oil change I find grease on someplace in the van. Totally unacceptable. It seems it is always painful to buy a car from a dealership. All are the same between the salesperson, the detailing, and the finance person. You have to know that you will spend hours completing t dealership. All are the same between the salesperson, the detailing, and the finance person. You have to know that you will spend hours completing the transaction. That being said, it is all about the interaction and whether you have a bad or good experience. Our salesperson, Amir Mikhael, was awesome. He was professional and patient with my father-in-law, who has Parkinson disease. The typical back and forth price negotiation ended in a great deal that he was happy about. Finance experience with Shawn Auguillard was informative and non pushy. But do your homework based on your credit rating to determine the lowest interest available in the market (e.g. credit union) and use that for them to search and match the best rate they can offer. The kia lineup is awesome. We have purchased 5 between my father-in-law and us. Beck and Masten is a great dealership and great customer oriented employees. I highly recommend you use Amir Mikhael for your new or used shopping needs. More
