Overall very good. I told them I needed the car back by a certain time and they finished it early. Just did what I asked for. Provided a video from the mechanic that worked on my car, stating everything was good. They provided rideshare for me to wait at home. This is my only car. Car was washed when I arrived. Excellent service will definitely use them again. More

Service Representative Gary was very helpful and understanding and highly professional! After I had booked my appointment for regular scheduled maintenance on 09/05/2025 at 4pm. The rep Veronica understanding and highly professional! After I had booked my appointment for regular scheduled maintenance on 09/05/2025 at 4pm. The rep Veronica rescheduled me for the next morning, which was 09/06/2025 at 9am. It unfortunately was not in their system. Gary was understanding and realized my frustration. He helped facilitate my maintenance as indicated to me by the prior representative. Service manager was very responsive and fixed issues promptly and professionally. More

From start to finish this was a great experience. I chatted online with the dealership throughout the week where they answered all of my questions about vehicles I was looking at. I made an appointme I chatted online with the dealership throughout the week where they answered all of my questions about vehicles I was looking at. I made an appointment for 11 AM on Saturday and I was probably met by Tauric up upon my arrival. He had the cars waiting for me to look at which was so nice. I test drove the one I was the most interested in and was literally out the door a little before three with my new vehicle. Start to finish everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and wanted to make sure my needs were being met. it was a great experience and I will definitely send others your way. More
