Service Department received Enclave on 8/14/2024 and service was completed on 9/25/2024 with minimum communication. I have had damage to my truck, incorrect servicing (loose oil filters, harnesses left off to name a few of the higher issues). I have politely raised my concerns to the service manager and meant to go through him but he is never available and there is no follow through. The staff are pleasant but are not supported and the service technicians seem to be pretty incompetent. Today I had a service booking at 10am yet cars were placed in front of me and a simple oil change took over 3 hours. I have 1 service left on my advantage plan and I am just going to give it up and go to alternative dealer. More
