Absolutely horrible experience. I was told my service would take less than 2 hours. I scheduled specifically for this past Saturday for a “certain tech” that was only available eve I was told my service would take less than 2 hours. I scheduled specifically for this past Saturday for a “certain tech” that was only available every other weekend. 7:15 appt time. I arrived at 7. Spoke with a “Justin” who has zero customer service skills and he explained that my vehicle would not be ready until the afternoon. I explained that Cameron and another young lady both explained that my service would take less than 2 hrs and that I was fine with waiting. Justin said that there were other cars that were a higher priority and I would need to take a Lyft home and come back later that afternoon. The Lyft smelled and I also get carsick. I take the 35min ride home only to be home long enough to finally get over the nauseous feeling and get a phone call that my car is ready. At 8:35? Hmmm. Seems that I COULD have waited there for my vehicle. As I was previously told. I asked the young lady that called to tell me my car was ready why was I told late afternoon and why was I sent home? She said there was a miscommunication. How?! “Justin” had the service paperwork?! Could he not have read it?! So she proceeds to order another Lyft. When she recites the address- it’s for a SC address. Are you really sending a Lyft for South Carolina? I proceed to tell her- no. It’s the address you JUST had me dropped off at. So I have ANOTHER 35min ride back to the dealership (again getting carsick) to pick up my vehicle that I could have already been in and doing the things I had scheduled. That I canceled due to “Justin” telling me my car wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon. The communication here is horrible. This is my second vehicle here and have had nothing but issues with both. I would never recommend this dealership. And of course- management never cares. More
