On numerous occasions I had my vehicle serviced at the QuickLane. Each time they did a brake inspection and told me something different. First time I was told the front brakes needed to be replaced, the n QuickLane. Each time they did a brake inspection and told me something different. First time I was told the front brakes needed to be replaced, the next time I was told they were alright, the next time I was told they needed to be replaced and the next time I was told they didn't need replacing, instead I was told the back brakes needed to be replaced. This does not give me any confidence at all about the technicians employed at Beck QuickLane. I have been told that I needed a new air filter, but less than a week before I had replaced the air filter myself. It seems that Beck QuickLane is doing nothing but trying to pad their wallets. I won't be returning to Beck QuickLane or doing any future business with Beck, If anyone asks me for any recommendations as to where to go for service on their vehicles, it won't be to Beck QuickLane. You have lost a loyal customer. More

With having front wheel drive, they took the worst two tires and put them on the rear. One of them was so bad that they suggested putting on the spare, which I agreed with. They could have just let me go, and change it on my own when it went flat. But they didn't do that, because they cared about their customers safety and wellbeing. Base model 2017 Ford Escape, $95 for two front and one small back window wiper blades, out of $173 for a standard, not synthetic oil change, tire rotation, $95 cost of OEM Motocraft wiper blades. The tires were recently rotated by BECKS service department just a few months ago at last regular service, this time, they didn't even rotate the tires, said the lug nuts had to be replaced they were "swollen", would cost $270.00 + tax to replace the lug nuts. I've never seen lug nuts "swell" unless they've been overtightened, the ONLY people to EVER touch the lug nuts on this car since we bought it brand new from our old FORD dealer have been FORD DEALERSHIP SERVICE TECHS. We have been taking our trucks and cars to FORD dealer services forever, but the prices, excuses about services has forced us to go elsewhere from now on. We'll never go back to BECK Ford for service or sales. More
