My very first visit (months ago) was great, this time, I went in and asked for an oil change and after being told I was next in line after a vehicle that was almost finished I expected to be out of there in went in and asked for an oil change and after being told I was next in line after a vehicle that was almost finished I expected to be out of there in 30-40 minutes tops, since the first time I got my oil changed there my car was ready in about 20 minutes. I sat there nearly 2 hours this time, very disappointed and now running late for my next appointment. At my last visit I was told that this oil change would be complementary but was charged $75. Oh well, live and learn. Could have had it done at Walmart for $55..... Would have not minded paying the extra 20 bucks if it would have been as fast as the previous time. More

They seriously investigate and reported vehicle concerns and were the only Ford dealer out of 5 I’ve visited that listened to me and helped res with.
