From day one, my experiences with Rex have been excellent! He’s an amazing service manager who really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what and why things need to be done. Went in late in the day for a routine service, however, Jeremy told me it was a major service point all filters, spark plugs, etc. about a 3-hour job we discussed a time to get it done. I showed up early (2nd in line) and was planning to wait, at about 2 1/2-hour point was told of 'A bit of a problem' they only got plugs for a 4-cylinder engine - sold me a 6-cylinder pick-up. Finally got done at 4:30 PM , my afternoon trip to Jax still hasn't happened. In retrospect I should have insisted that BECK run down to a local auto supply shop and pick up the other 2 plugs. I expressed my displeasure to Jeremy. More
