Of course I bought it and the experience was very friendly and accommodating. A month late, I needed to take it back for some minor repair work. Again the experience was exceptional. Kevin Haines was attentive and friendly throughout the process and that was much appreciated because the entire process was very time consuming. My wife Kathy and I worked with Mr. Richard Kim as the salesperson. We were interested in the Highlander. Mr. Kim did an outstanding job of describing and demonstrating every feature of the vehicle. He professionally demonstrated every option of the display and even loaded my cell phone into the Blue Tooth phone database for me. Every interior and exterior feature was thoroughly described and demonstrated to us. Mr. Kim negotiated a very fair trade-in for us, and gave us a great deal on the new vehicle's price. My wife and I usually dread having to go through the negotiations and final paperwork, but Mr. Kim made it an absolute pleasure to work with him and get through it all with no hassles, surprises, or pressure. All of the maintenance and warranty benefits were thoroughly explained to us and we opted for the extended 10 year warranty. After the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was being prepared for us, Mr. Kim walked us through the entire dealership and introduced us to our service adviser Mr. Kyle Drost. We needed Mr. Drost the following day when we discovered a glitch with the Multi Information Display. We were provided with a loaner Highlander just like the one we had purchased. The repair was finished the very next day and everything works perfectly. We've purchased several new cars over the years and by far this was the best new purchase experience we've ever had! I will recommend Mr. Kim, and Beaverton Toyota, to any of my family and friends that are interested in a new vehicle. We are completely satisfied with our new Highlander and we are absolutely satisfied with Mr. Kim's outstanding service! More
