Before I even walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from a very friendly, professional staff member. She assisted me in heading the right direction so I could locate my sales rep. Tyler had my car ready to test drive so we headed out and he arranged for their estimator to check out my trade-in while we were out for a test drive. While we drove, Tyler shared some of his knowledge on the Toyota brand. All I needed was a short drive to know I was in the car I wanted. Tyler let me browse the added options available while he worked on getting me approved for the financing I needed. In no time at all I had been granted the financing I needed and we moved forward with the purchase. He then got the car all cleaned up and we made arrangements for him to drive my car back home (I decided against taking their trade-in offer, although it was better than the offer I received from another dealership). I had to wait a little bit longer than I wanted to sign all of the paperwork, but the guy helping me with that did his best to zip through it quickly once he was ready for me. My wife and I went into Beaverton Toyota to look at the 2013's 4Runner's. Geoff took us around looking and new and used 4Runners and even took us a for a test drive in a 2013 Limited. He let me know the price and it was what I was looking for, so later that day I went back into Beaverton Toyota to take a look. We ended up purchasing the car for the price I wanted and even were able to trade in our Honda Pilot for the price we were looking for.
