I would recommend just making financing at least equal to leases for full out of pocket cost. Leases are basically rentals and no full ownership. Other then that it would be 5 star. More
Third car from Beaverton Toyota in three years, and until recently I'd have recommended them without hesitation. The sales experience has always been good — that part hasn't changed. What has changed is e recently I'd have recommended them without hesitation. The sales experience has always been good — that part hasn't changed. What has changed is everything after the sale. We have a warranty issue that still isn't resolved. We were never given an owner's manual — our sales rep told us Toyota doesn't print them anymore, and the sales manager said he'd mail us one. That never arrived either. During the Gold Certification inspection, a significant issue was missed and only caught later. We brought the car in once to have it addressed, and it wasn't resolved. We were told it had been escalated to the service team, but that was weeks ago and we've heard nothing since. I've sent five emails over the past few weeks — to our sales manager and to the rest of the dealership's leadership team — and haven't received a single response. I was in the market for a car for my daughter, and Beaverton Toyota was the obvious first call. At this point I can't say that anymore. A good sales team doesn't mean much if the follow-through disappears the moment the deal closes. More
Clean and Professional appearance, but the service department did me dirty. I had an appointment to get my new key programed. When toyota called me to tell me my fob was in and made my appointment the department did me dirty. I had an appointment to get my new key programed. When toyota called me to tell me my fob was in and made my appointment the person on the phone said drive up and they will have it done fast. I drove all the way from Gresham since this is where I bought my car and the service tech proceeded to tell me I didn't have an appointment, which was not true, and almost didn't take me after I drove an hour across town. Then they made me wait 3 hours just to program a new key fob that takes 15 minutes to do. Don't use the service department because customer service is obviously not a priority. Please do better. More
Extremely disappointing experience with Beaverton Toyota I brought my vehicle to Beaverton Toyota because it shakes when I’m driving over 65 mph. The technician’s original service summary stated t Toyota I brought my vehicle to Beaverton Toyota because it shakes when I’m driving over 65 mph. The technician’s original service summary stated that they drove my vehicle at 60 mph, could not duplicate the shaking, and that everything was fine and I probably just needed new tires. I called and specifically explained that the problem occurs above 65 mph and asked them to test it at that speed. I was told they could not drive 65 mph or faster because of Oregon speed-limit laws. I explained that I frequently drive to California, where freeway speed limits are 70 mph or higher, and that testing the vehicle at the speed where the problem occurs was important. I was then contacted by the technician, who told me they had actually driven my vehicle over 75 mph and still could not duplicate the problem. At that point, however, the documentation had been changed. Instead of stating that they drove it at 60 mph, the report was changed to say they drove it at “freeway speeds.” That change is extremely concerning to me. The documentation went from a specific statement of 60 mph, to a conversation where I was told they couldn’t legally drive 65+, to the technician later telling me they actually drove over 75 mph, followed by the written report being changed to a vague description of “freeway speeds.” I also contacted the manager and explained my concerns. She told me the technician manager would call me back. Nobody ever did. What makes this especially frustrating is that I paid to have my vehicle properly diagnosed, and instead I feel like my concerns were dismissed and the documentation was changed after I questioned it. If the vehicle was genuinely tested above 75 mph and the shaking couldn’t be duplicated, that should have been clearly and accurately documented from the beginning—not changed afterward to vague wording. I expected transparency and professionalism from a Toyota dealership. Instead, I left feeling like they were more concerned with protecting themselves from responsibility than actually addressing my safety concern. I would strongly encourage anyone taking their vehicle here to read the service documentation carefully and ask questions if something doesn’t match what you were told. I am still left without an explanation for why my vehicle shakes at highway speeds, without the diagnostic issue being resolved, and without the refund I requested. More

My recent experience with Sevastian at Beaverton Toyota was the latter. He stepped in and picked up where my previous service writer had fallen short, and the difference was night and day. From the moment Sevastian took over, his communication, professionalism, and genuine concern for my experience were impeccable. Most impressive of all, he put me into a **2026 Toyota 4Runner at no charge to me** while my vehicle was being taken care of. That kind of gesture demonstrates that he understands something many people in the automotive business sometimes forget: **the vehicle may be the product, but the customer experience is the business.** As someone who has spent decades working in dealership service departments, I don't hand out compliments lightly. Sevastian absolutely earned this one. Beaverton Toyota is fortunate to have someone like him representing their service department. He restored my confidence in the experience and reminded me what exceptional service is supposed to look like. **Top marks without hesitation—and a sincere thank-you to Sevastian for going above and beyond!** More
