We test drove one in Oceanside, California, but we knew wanted to buy it in Oregon. My husband is Active Duty and his home of record is Oregon. We did not want to pay the sales tax in California, so we waited until our Thanksgiving trip to visit his family to buy our car. I emailed all the Nissan dealerships in the Portland area. Only three came back with good offers and out of those three, one was the best. That is right, Carr Nissan! Scott Kemp was honest about which colors he had in stock. I gave him a couple of options for colors, but only one model; Platinum with the entertainment package. He looked really hard for the first color, then moved on to the next color to find exactly what we wanted. Scott will be upfront with pricing and will do everything in his power to get you the right price, so you are happy. When you get to the dealership, the price he gives you online will be the price, only if the vehicle was on the lot to begin with. However, if Scott moved mountains to get your special requested car on the lot, the price he quoted will change a bit. He will even tell you that before you head over to his dealership. Go ahead and shop around online, but you will see that Scott Kemp from Carr Nissan is the way to go. We love our new Nissan Pathfinder and drove from Portland to Oceanside with two kids. The car is amazing and we are happy to have purchased from Carr Nissan. More

It was the 5th place we had visited and was a much needed experience. After being ambushed by aggressive sales people at the previous dealerships, Carr was a different experience altogether. We ran into Scott and actually enjoyed our time together walking the lot and looking and test-driving cars. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, insurance options and let us ask questions vs. forcing selling points on to us. Ultimately, we walked away with an amazing '15 Pathfinder and couldn't be happier about our purchase. I honestly cannot think of another buying experience where I received better customer service.
