The experience was wonderful I was searching from dealer to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and left. I didn't have any time but I told them to call me with their best price and Joe Clark called me an hour later with the price and I was amazed they could do it, so I asked to have the car ready for me and they did. Great job guys! I would recommend you guys to everyone. More
I'm really disappointed from the sales people and the manager. Because I don't show that I know you are a liar that doesn't mean I'm that stupid... but you guys keeps going on and on lies lies lies... manager. Because I don't show that I know you are a liar that doesn't mean I'm that stupid... but you guys keeps going on and on lies lies lies... Do you people really think you can sell a car like that??? I'm buying any car but a Nissan,,, I also read the older reviews... I'm really surprised... The last ten comments seem to be very positive,, but the ones older show the truth... This experience was awful. I called Medic A. The night before driving the 25 mile drives to the dealership to buy new Nissan Rouge. Mehdi said they had 4 just pick the color. When we got there the sales p before driving the 25 mile drives to the dealership to buy new Nissan Rouge. Mehdi said they had 4 just pick the color. When we got there the sales person was awful. On the walk to the car he told my wife they would give us the same discount because they had just sold the 1 they had! The test Drive was awful because we had to stop at the office to get $5.00 for gas and at the gas station I ask the sales person were we going to get the price in the ad. His answer no this is a higher trim level. This Rouge was $8,000.00 more that the one in the ad. The test drive never happened because we drive back into the dealer. The salesman asks us to come on in the showroom so that we could write up the offer? Of course we were not buying a car that was $8,000.00 more than the ad. This dealer is Unprofessional and offensive. I will never be back, and neither will any of my friends or family. More

After visiting other dealers in the Portland area I just wanted to say Beaverton Nissan is a breath of fresh air. The no pressure sales approach is the way to go. I walked in and found the car of my dreams wanted to say Beaverton Nissan is a breath of fresh air. The no pressure sales approach is the way to go. I walked in and found the car of my dreams in no time. Now I’m the proud owner of a 2011 Altima. I just love this car.The 4-cylinder engine gets almost 30 mpg! The body styling is sharp. Leather seats, moon roof, etc I couldn’t be happier with this car or the dealer I bought it from. More
Beaverton Nissan… Not a place to go if you are looking to buy a truck. We did our research before showing up. We knew what we wanted , all we needed was someone to make a with deal and show us the item. buy a truck. We did our research before showing up. We knew what we wanted , all we needed was someone to make a with deal and show us the item. When we first pulled into the lot and got out of our car Daryl M. was on us. Asked how we were put out his hand. My husband does not shake hands with people until the deal is complete. Daryl M. started making comments about how weird that was and some religions do not to that either. My husband was very up front with what he wanted. We told Daryl M. we were looking for a Nissan frontier /king cab 4x4 . Daryl M.walked us to the truck area and showed us Tiatains/extended cab when we specifily asked for the Frontier/king cab 4x4. We did not want a big truck. I cant see over the hood of big trucks. My husband was being mindful and wanted me to be able to drive the truck. There had been a silver one we looked at and I really didn’t care for the intierior was not that attractive. Daryl M. took us to the the front of the building and showed us a black Frontier/extened cab 4x4 – pro. There was no gas in the truck, so we drove to the gas station and put $7.00 in (daryl paid), So we could test drive it. My husband and I test drove the truck gave a nice ride. Over all this was a very nice truck . During the test drive I told Daryl M. Sell me the truck tell me about it. He told us basic information about the truck and I made a toyota joke. You know gas pedal and brakes. We drove only one truck and had been up front the whole time. Did not want to be jerked around pricing or any other “dealer mumbo jumbo”. The price was listed for the Frontier/extened cab 4x4 – pro was $31,000.00 and change. We did not need all the bells and whisle with this one. We asked about rebaits and ensintives, but Daryl M. said that there are none for this vehicle. We did not want to pay that much for a truck, so we asked if there were any other frontier/king cab 4X4’s we could look at. Daryl went and brought up another truck. Guess which one….. The silver one we first looked at. I looked at it, climbed inside again and said “hey isn’t this the first truck we looked at” My husband laughed and said “ she caught you”. We were kinda ok with the price of the silver one, and yeah I guess it wasn’t that bad. So the price was what brought us to the silver one and it was really all the truck we needed. $28,915.00 + fees . The husband and I agreed to see what type of deal we could get on the truck. We sat down to do the little square game… you know what I mean. Trade in allowance none, Price $28,915.00 + fees, No cash down payment $350.00. This was the “steps Daryl M had to show us before presenting it to his manager” . .We had told him to come back with the best price they could give us and we would go from there, I told him good luck. When Daryl retuned he came back with an idiot contract for 84 months and did not bring the price of the truck down. Accutal numbers : 84 months and payment of $359.00 per month or $1,888.00 down and 84 months payment of $383.00 per month. The deal that was presented was laughable. My husband said this is the best you can do. My husband got up from his chair and said, “ we are done here and thank you for your time” . My husband shook daryls hand and we stated for the door Daryl was not happy with us not buying a truck. He followed us to our car and said “ I went out of my way to show you all of these truck and your not going to buy one”, Then this was the icing on the cake daryl says “ what do you do go out and mess with salesmen” “ and you shook my hand”. My husband said that was to thank you for your time and to say good by. Needless to say that made my husband take a step back and we got into our car. The next thing we know Mehdi Arabzadeh (Sales manager) come out and asked what the problem was. My husband explaind if what was presented was the best price/deal then we are done here. Mehdi A. said give me 30 seconds of your time let me look at this and I will be right back.. Mehdi A. came back with another offer of “ $24,927.00 (AR) @ 84months $343.00 payment @ 3.91%. Again where is the deal ? My husband told Mehdi A. about the comment Darly M. had said about “ what do you do go out and mess with salesmen”. Mehdi A. apploigized for that, he also said that he would bend over backwords to workwith us on free oil changes for the truck for life, and that if we bought the truck from them that Daryl M. would not get any commison or bonus for the sale. My husband thanked Mehdi and said “we were done here and thank you for your time”. We will never step foot on that lot, and we will tell everyone we know that this dealership is a joke and to be warned if they plan to ever buy a car from them. My husband looked on the Edmunds page and found rebates and 0% financing for 60 months on the the 2010/2011 frontiers so you tell me. OHHH I did get my truck, I love it Wilsonville Nissan is the best place to go.. and Jay is your guy to talk to More

The sales person Went over all features patiently and even programmed our phones. The manager Mehdi never offered us any extra warranties or sealants, other wise we wouldve walked away. We were in and out in less than an two hours alltogether. I will service my Maxima there and recommend all friends and family. More
I bought my 2004 Nissan Altima in due to a noise in the front when I would hit a bump. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee. I was told my struts needed replacing at less than 40,000 miles on the car at a cost o front when I would hit a bump. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee. I was told my struts needed replacing at less than 40,000 miles on the car at a cost of around $1000. I shopped around and found another shop for a second opinion. They checked the car, said the struts were "excellent" and showed me the rock that was causing the noise. The reason for my rating is I reported this to Beaverton Nissan and got no response and they were not willing to return my $100 for the bogus repair estimate. If you choose to go there get a second opinion. More
This experience was awful. The sales person was nice, but the financial person said on the sales floor, in front of other customers "You have bad credit... you should be looking at something else" and handed the financial person said on the sales floor, in front of other customers "You have bad credit... you should be looking at something else" and handed me a key to a 2000 model car with over 100k miles. The service team was very unprofessional. I was dropping of my vehicle and overheard some of the advisors saying lude comments about some young women that were in the service department waiting room. The me of my vehicle and overheard some of the advisors saying lude comments about some young women that were in the service department waiting room. The men there were polite to your face and then turn around and say vulgar comments that you could only have expected to embarrass a sailor. Its a frightfull thought to consider how often the customers are treated as an item in a meat market! As a customer or human who places value in moral codes, it was a humiliating experience. Its a sad day indeed when businesses are so loose that their employees arent even repremanded for such immature, distasteful behavior! Sure, they may be able to do your oil change (hopefully, they wont forget to put your oil filter back on and then not break the gasket) but, is it worth the ludism of the service advisors? I think not!!!!! More
