Great car dealership to work with and we know what we are talking about because my wife used to sell cars for a big Honda dealership. The whole team was awesome. From James to John to Jake to some of the other guys on the floor, everyone was working really hard to make our experience as great as possible. We were on the market for a minivan as we have two young one under the age of four. Our boys loved the balloons in the showroom and everyone there could see their interest. One of the guy on the floor went out of his way to find them a balloon to play with while my wife did her second test drive. We never felt any pressure from them to buy the car. We knew the KBB value of the car and wanted to see their offer. They beat that price easily so we felt great about buying the car. We will certainly return for another car. We also are planning to bring our other Nissan car to this dealership now as these guys know what they are talking about. We encountered many salesmen over the last week and these guys were the best. Thank you! More
Not the traditional car buying experience that I expected. James did not try to upsell when we told him exactly what we wanted. Jake did not try to do the shark deal close that I was expecting. He offered all of the available add on options and was respectful and was not pushy when we declined. Friendly, respectful and not pushy. Felt valued. I will most definitely return for our next vehicle and share our experience with others. We have never been a Nissan family- always a Honda family. My brother works for Nissan America (not a dealership) and has been telling me for a few years to compare Nissan. He was right- great little car at a great price. I wish I could give a grade higher than "great" for this dealership. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had in my life (and I've purchased 6 new cars in the last 15 years in both for this dealership. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had in my life (and I've purchased 6 new cars in the last 15 years in both New York and Oregon). Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to introduce themselves to me. There was none of the "I have to ask my manager" games about pricing (as a matter of fact, I called, said the price I wanted, he put me on hold briefly, came back and beat that price). When I arrived at the showroom - already with the price locked in - it was quick and easy to get all of the paperwork done. Then my salesperson (Chris Stephens) sat in my brand new electric Leaf with me and went over everything - how the GPS works, how the Carwings service works (and signed me up for the service), how the satellite radio works and, of course, all of the car controls and information about charging the car, etc. The finance manager, Jake Jones, was equally as competent and friendly. It took less than 5 minutes to get all of the paperwork signed. He was informative - obviously knows what he's doing. He casually mentioned that they were waiving one of my payments as a courtesy. I said "why??!" he said "We just like to do that for our customers" -- so an entire car payment just wiped off my account! Amazing! When they did the final walk around they discovered two minute little paint chips on the back bumper of my car, that they pointed out to me (I never would have noticed). They apologized profusely and asked me to bring the car back at my convenience so they could fix those. (Which they did). The sales manager introduced himself to me and remembered me when I came back to get the body work done. My salesperson walked me over to the service department to personally meet the service advisor, so that when I bring the car back for it's (free) six month battery check I can call him directly. It just went on and on. They also enroll you (for free) in a rewards program that you can buy products and get points that can be used for free car service or to buy other merchandise. I feel like people who read this review are going to think that I really work for the dealership, so I'm trying to think of one negative thing I can say to make this review more "real" -- but I honestly can't think of a negative thing. My lease is up in 23 months, and I will absolutely come back to this dealership for my next vehicle! More
I went in just to look expecting the same old experience, my what a surprize! Mark was easy to work with honest and made me feel like I was important. Again I was totally shocked when should me ALL current rates and allowed me to determine what worked for me. For a young guy he was very knowledgeable about the things that were important to me. I was absolutely blown away by the sales department at Beaverton Nissan. I went in expecting your typical car shopping experience i.e. pressuring salesmen, even more pressuring sales managers, and just o Beaverton Nissan. But as I parked in their lot, I was greeted by a sales guy named James, and he was extremely nice and polite. I told him I wanted to look at the new altima. We test drove it, and I absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! We went in to look at some numbers, and this is where I expected the high pressure salesmen to come out. I was greeted by John, who helped explain what the numbers meant, and how much my monthly payment would be. No pressuring what so ever, they completely understood how hesitant I was at making such a big purchase. After After a few issues with my credit, we were able to buy the car. I expected to wait forever for the financing part of the process, but was pleasantly surprised by how fast a man came out named Jake, saying he would be taking care of the financing with me. It was a simple get in get out kind of financing thing, which was also very nice. As soon as we walked out of finance, I saw my car. On the showroom floor, being cleaned. It looked AMAZING! I could not be happier with my experience at Beaverton Nissan, and would absolutely 100% buy another car from them again. More
Being skeptical of car dealerships in general, I decided to take a chance and visit Beaverton Nissan. I was in the market for a 2013 Maxima, and Abdul was able to answer all of my questions, while being friendly and maintaining a great sense of humor. But my shout out really goes to Jake Jones, the Finance Manager. He was extremely well versed on all of the financing options available, and showed great patience in explaining them to me, despite having to repeat himself a few times. His sense of humor is epic, and I have never had so much fun spending money (even though I got a fantastic deal!) I was treated like I was the only one who mattered, and I never felt rushed. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and fun. I highly recommend Beaverton Nissan to everyone. They will not regret their decision to purchase their next vehicle from them. More
This was without any doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like I was in the twilight zone and it wasn't really real, but in fact it was! Ronnie and I immediately clicked, I told him my rediculous terms and set him to task on finding me a deal for a very specific car. He called me that night to let me know he was working on it and not to give up, he said he would call the next day when he had more information. He didn't call! I decided to just let it marinade and I would call him if I didn't hear from him the next day. What do you know, Ronnie called and asked me to come down to the lot, he was about finished on the deal that met my rediculous terms. I was in and still am in shock really. The people at Beaverton Nissan worked together and fought for me and got me my dream car. For that I am so grateful and thankful. Every single person I came in contact with went out of their way to make me feel like a close friend and not in a phoney way either, it was sincere. As long as I live in the area, I will not buy another car from another dealer. Beaverton Nissan has earned my business for life! My wife and I were recently in the market for a new SUV. We had been debating and shopping between the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and the Toyota 4-Runner and Honda Pilot. I was pleased with all three vehicles b We had been debating and shopping between the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and the Toyota 4-Runner and Honda Pilot. I was pleased with all three vehicles but there were many differences that the Pathfinder offered that made it the right vehicle for myself and family. After deciding on what vehicle we wanted the we decided to contact a coupe Nissan dealerships in our area to see whom could offer us the best deal. Long story short Beaverton Nissan offered us an online price quote that was very fair and we decided to go visit them first. We worked with James Reardon who was very informative about the product and kept it light and fun and we really appreciated how he worked with us. After making the purchase we waited to go back and sign our paper work in the always "dreaded" finance office. We were happily surprised when the Finance Manager whose name was Jake Jones came back to the salesman's office and visited with us for a while before we even walked back to his office to do the paperwork. It was a VERY nice change and made the process much more comfortable than our previous experiences. He made us feel like family before we even entered his office. Jake explained all the paperwork to us and was very patient when it came to our decision making on extended warranties and paint protections, etc... I must admit I am already very happy I did have the Pathfinder treated with the NWPP paint and interior sealants that he offered us, as my 6 year old spilled her juice in the carpet within the first week of owning it, oooopps... The stain came RIGHT OUT!!! It is some good stuff! Overall this was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle EVER! Thanks again also to Jake Jones and James Reardon, you both went above and beyond to make this a great decision to do business with your company. We will definately see you again in the future and reccomend you to ANY person looking for a car. Now enough time online and its time to get back in my new Pathfinder and PLAAAAYYY! More
I bought a used Honda Element, drove car home after dark and noticed dash lights very low, showed sales manager next day... and then dash lights went out so couldnt see any gages... tried to call and speak and noticed dash lights very low, showed sales manager next day... and then dash lights went out so couldnt see any gages... tried to call and speak with sales person, sales manager, and general manger for DAYS to talk to someone about it, no response, finally got ahold of general manager and took my car to dealership after dark so he could see problem.. he tried to tell me i bought a used car and my problem... but i told him the problem was noticed the night i drove it home and i notified of problem right away and should be dealt with by them... after MANY PHONES CALLS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my car was fianlly repaired but i had to pay half the bill.. and when i went to pick up my car the ther was NO APPOLOGIES by any of the staff including the general manager Patrick for any of the trouble and HORRIBLE customer service i had to endure... i would NOT recommend this dealership to Anyone !!!!!!! More
