I went in just to look expecting the same old experience, my what a surprize! Mark was easy to work with honest and made me feel like I was important. Again I was totally shocked when should me ALL current rates and allowed me to determine what worked for me. For a young guy he was very knowledgeable about the things that were important to me. All i can say is go to Beaverton Nissan, do not waste your time at Tonkin or Gladstone. GC More
I was absolutely blown away by the sales department at Beaverton Nissan. I went in expecting your typical car shopping experience i.e. pressuring salesmen, even more pressuring sales managers, and just o Beaverton Nissan. But as I parked in their lot, I was greeted by a sales guy named James, and he was extremely nice and polite. I told him I wanted to look at the new altima. We test drove it, and I absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! We went in to look at some numbers, and this is where I expected the high pressure salesmen to come out. I was greeted by John, who helped explain what the numbers meant, and how much my monthly payment would be. No pressuring what so ever, they completely understood how hesitant I was at making such a big purchase. After After a few issues with my credit, we were able to buy the car. I expected to wait forever for the financing part of the process, but was pleasantly surprised by how fast a man came out named Jake, saying he would be taking care of the financing with me. It was a simple get in get out kind of financing thing, which was also very nice. As soon as we walked out of finance, I saw my car. On the showroom floor, being cleaned. It looked AMAZING! I could not be happier with my experience at Beaverton Nissan, and would absolutely 100% buy another car from them again. More
Being skeptical of car dealerships in general, I decided to take a chance and visit Beaverton Nissan. I was in the market for a 2013 Maxima, and Abdul was able to answer all of my questions, while being friendly and maintaining a great sense of humor. But my shout out really goes to Jake Jones, the Finance Manager. He was extremely well versed on all of the financing options available, and showed great patience in explaining them to me, despite having to repeat himself a few times. His sense of humor is epic, and I have never had so much fun spending money (even though I got a fantastic deal!) I was treated like I was the only one who mattered, and I never felt rushed. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and fun. I highly recommend Beaverton Nissan to everyone. They will not regret their decision to purchase their next vehicle from them. More
This was without any doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like I was in the twilight zone and it wasn't really real, but in fact it was! Ronnie and I immediately clicked, I told him my rediculous terms and set him to task on finding me a deal for a very specific car. He called me that night to let me know he was working on it and not to give up, he said he would call the next day when he had more information. He didn't call! I decided to just let it marinade and I would call him if I didn't hear from him the next day. What do you know, Ronnie called and asked me to come down to the lot, he was about finished on the deal that met my rediculous terms. I was in and still am in shock really. The people at Beaverton Nissan worked together and fought for me and got me my dream car. For that I am so grateful and thankful. Every single person I came in contact with went out of their way to make me feel like a close friend and not in a phoney way either, it was sincere. As long as I live in the area, I will not buy another car from another dealer. Beaverton Nissan has earned my business for life! My wife and I were recently in the market for a new SUV. We had been debating and shopping between the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and the Toyota 4-Runner and Honda Pilot. I was pleased with all three vehicles b We had been debating and shopping between the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and the Toyota 4-Runner and Honda Pilot. I was pleased with all three vehicles but there were many differences that the Pathfinder offered that made it the right vehicle for myself and family. After deciding on what vehicle we wanted the we decided to contact a coupe Nissan dealerships in our area to see whom could offer us the best deal. Long story short Beaverton Nissan offered us an online price quote that was very fair and we decided to go visit them first. We worked with James Reardon who was very informative about the product and kept it light and fun and we really appreciated how he worked with us. After making the purchase we waited to go back and sign our paper work in the always "dreaded" finance office. We were happily surprised when the Finance Manager whose name was Jake Jones came back to the salesman's office and visited with us for a while before we even walked back to his office to do the paperwork. It was a VERY nice change and made the process much more comfortable than our previous experiences. He made us feel like family before we even entered his office. Jake explained all the paperwork to us and was very patient when it came to our decision making on extended warranties and paint protections, etc... I must admit I am already very happy I did have the Pathfinder treated with the NWPP paint and interior sealants that he offered us, as my 6 year old spilled her juice in the carpet within the first week of owning it, oooopps... The stain came RIGHT OUT!!! It is some good stuff! Overall this was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle EVER! Thanks again also to Jake Jones and James Reardon, you both went above and beyond to make this a great decision to do business with your company. We will definately see you again in the future and reccomend you to ANY person looking for a car. Now enough time online and its time to get back in my new Pathfinder and PLAAAAYYY! More
I bought a used Honda Element, drove car home after dark and noticed dash lights very low, showed sales manager next day... and then dash lights went out so couldnt see any gages... tried to call and speak and noticed dash lights very low, showed sales manager next day... and then dash lights went out so couldnt see any gages... tried to call and speak with sales person, sales manager, and general manger for DAYS to talk to someone about it, no response, finally got ahold of general manager and took my car to dealership after dark so he could see problem.. he tried to tell me i bought a used car and my problem... but i told him the problem was noticed the night i drove it home and i notified of problem right away and should be dealt with by them... after MANY PHONES CALLS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my car was fianlly repaired but i had to pay half the bill.. and when i went to pick up my car the ther was NO APPOLOGIES by any of the staff including the general manager Patrick for any of the trouble and HORRIBLE customer service i had to endure... i would NOT recommend this dealership to Anyone !!!!!!! More

When I first bought my car- Rouge 2012, everything looked great. Later on, I found that the bumper of the car is so fragile that a kid with a bike can smash it. This is so bad as it means anything will affect my car. I hate when I talked to Nissan dealership management the guy said " we are the best rated company by the gov. regarding safety". Well sir we are consumers who buy your stupid cars not the gov. and I do not feel safe in it as its bumper is like a pepsi can. Then what about the rest of the car. : (( I do not recommend this dealership neither Nissan itself. : ( More

They were totally rude to my wife, the sales peoples actions were totaly unacceptable I drove 200 miles and got treated like crap. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone nor will I buy another car there.. I feel corrective should be taken i.e. termination might be a good concideration !!! More
Sales folks will make promises they will not deliver on just to get you to sign the deal. Do not provide information until all the papers are signed. The two women that we dealt with were very friendly and customer-oriented, but unfortunately, you can't make up for the crappy service and treatment you get from some of the others (e.g. Chase, Scott). Just want folks to be upfront and honest - and that's not the experience we had. More
