I first talked to Clint after I requested more information about a preowned Pathfinder on their website. I told him what I was looking for and that I live 120 miles from the dealership so I wasn't information about a preowned Pathfinder on their website. When I decided on a 2013 Pathfinder he got my trade information and ran my credit and got me a payment that I wanted. It all seemed to good to be true when we were driving over to pick up the car. I thought for sure once we got there something would change because they always do at other dealerships. When we got there they looked at our trade and within ten minutes the numbers were done and to our surprise it was what Clint said it would be. The car was in the showroom all detailed and looked awesome! Everybody was just great to work with. Clint and everyone that worked with us did an outstanding job. It was actually a fun experiance. And by the way the 2013 Pathfinder is completely awesome and I look forward to making the drive to have the service done and seeing my new friends at Beaverton Nissan. More
We worked with Clint Edwards (Sales) via email and over the phone. We decided to go look at the car (Leaf) they had on Ad. Although not our first color choice, we really liked the vehicle, but most of all, the phone. We decided to go look at the car (Leaf) they had on Ad. Although not our first color choice, we really liked the vehicle, but most of all, the zero pressure from Clint along with his professionalism. We went on a 5 mile test drive and on our way back to the Dealership, Clint said to think about it, but this car is on ad so it may not be available long. He also said if the color just won't work, he would work on getting us the pearl white, which was our first choice. So we parked the car at the Dealership and he left us alone to let my Wife and I discussed the car and if we should lease it. We decided to go ahead with the deal and as we walked though the Dealership, no less than 3 people said "good morning". Then a Guy lead us to an area where there was coffee, Latte's, water, pop, etc. We met with Clint and did all the paperwork, credit check, etc. He also went over the owner's manual with us and features of the vehicle. While the paperwork was being done, our car was moved to the showroom and a Employee did an excellent detail job. We then went to see Scott in finance and he finished up the paperwork. The detail Man even put the new plates on the vehicle. At no time were we pressured and the entire time, we were treated with respect and everyone was very polite. We never heard any negative talk or swearing like we have experienced at other Dealerships. There is a Nissan Dealer in Gladstone, Oregon that literally ruined our day, a few weeks prior. We couldn't run fast enough from that place! It really makes a difference on how much you appreciate your new car if the purchase/lease process also felt great. Many years ago we bought a new vehicle and is was a horrible experience. Every time we drove the new vehicle, we thought about the horrible experience we had during the purchase. It was like sour milk. We highly recommend Beaverton Nissan. Give Clint Edwards a call. You will not be sorry. It was really cool driving our new car off the showroom floor. Hey Clint - Thanks! More
Clint was super helpful when I was trying to decide whether I should trade in my new-ish vehicle or purchase a used vehicle. He was so extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a vehicle whether I should trade in my new-ish vehicle or purchase a used vehicle. James was accomodating and took me around to other lots to show me what was available. And Patrick made me such an amazing deal that I couldn't refuse. I didn't have the best credit but really needed to upgrade my vehicle for my growing family. The staff at Beaverton Nissan worked very hard to find me the right car with the right price and interest upgrade my vehicle for my growing family. Tuan was great a person to work with and he was also friendly. He was considerate to my needs and wants and didn't push anything on to me. Had great customer service skills and knowledge towards the cars and questions were asking on the test drive and in the showroom. However the second gentleman (older with glasses) that we worked with who came out with the numbers (name skips my mind) to the car took up a lot of our time with personal stories. As much as I like to hear about personal history, it was something that I didn't care for. I knew what I wanted in the price and the car therefore I didn't need to be given a personal experience lesson from someone. This part of the deal would have been one of the main reasons I almost walked away from the deal. If it wasn't for me looking bored and tuned out I think the person stories would have kept on going. I have to give some credit to Clint who originally helped out. He didn't do much but him greeting and giving me some background information was friendly and helpful. Last and not least was the gentleman who I sat down with to sign the paperwork. The name skips my mind again, but he was also friendly and customer service orientated. All in all it was a good experience except for when I talked numbers with the older gentleman with the glasses. I was able to get a great deal without going through too much of a hassle which is how it should be. A person is spending a lot of money and they want a good deal. I say just be up front with a buyer. I think you earn a lot more respect if you treat a customer how you would want yourself to be treated. More
