A refreshing sales experience! I was approached by a car salesman within 15 seconds of getting out of my car. Initially, I was headed to the lot across the street; the salesmans com I was approached by a car salesman within 15 seconds of getting out of my car. Initially, I was headed to the lot across the street; the salesmans comforting approach made me feel like family. This influenced me to continue the conversation and consider the Nissan lot. The salesman and I drove from lot to lot, all the while receiving no pressure whatsoever to purchase a particular vehicle (rarity!). We test drove two vehicles- I ended up going with a Cadillac. Fast forward to later that evening around 11pm, and I purchased the vehicle. As I entered the Cadillac, I noticed that there was some debris leftover in the center console, even after a "pro" detailed it. He took the effort to clean and detail it HIMSELF! Absolutely outstanding customer service :) After realizing that there wasn't any gas in the tank, the salesman graciously took me down to the nearest has station and filled half of my tank. A week after purchasing the Cadillac, it failed to start. The salesman came to the rescue with a row truck AND a rental. Once again, fantastic customer service. I am forever grateful :) Thank you!!! More

I was greeted by Scott Kemp who probably has changed my car buying experience for the better. He was honest and patient. I could tell he didn't care if I bought a car from him or not but he wanted to make sure I would be happy with whatever I chose, if I happen to choose. I can't believe I got the car of my dreams so easily. The negotiation process seemed so flawless and he really treated me as a person not just a number. I was able to get he car I wanted for the payment I expected, and was able to trade in my other car as well. All of these things made my car buying experience very pleasant. Josh and Jim were amazing as well. What a great honest dealership! Honestly I will only go there in the future! Thank you Scott for completely changing my view on buying a car!! It was honestly perfect!! More

Rick was recommended to me by my lawyers office and I will be forever grateful. I spoke with two other dealers first, one who tried to force a 39% interest rate, the other who tried to sell me an 03 Frod Explorer with over 150,000 miles. All I heard was that they were doing me a huge favor and that I should know better than to be picky. Seriously! I was ready to make do with my old but 100% mine mini van, issues and all. My last phone call was to Rick. He answered all my questions honestly and made an appointment to see me on a Saturday. I had forwarded him the financial information and he had experience with these before and when I got there had punched up the numbers to give me in idea of what I could afford. Before I write a novel, I left with a beautiful Jeep, 30,000 miles, that I am PROUD to drive, that is safe and reliable, that will help me rebuild my credit at a decent interest rate. Rick is one of the last "good guys" out there. I am a customer FOR LIFE!! More
Beware of the Service Dept First they won't honor the "Life time" oil change agreement/contract I had with BV Nissan. They did give me 3 free oil changes. I just used one of those free oil changes, which they also provided a vehicle inspection. No one came to talk to me when the car was done, but later when I was looking over the inspection sheet I saw that they had marked that I needed a new air filter and that the brake fluid was low. The air filter was fairly new and didn't need replacing but we replaced it anyway. Husband found that the brake fluid was fine....."but".... my transmission fluid was very low and they had marked it as "good"-no service needed....."not good"....could have ruined my transmission. **Please double check any service work you have performed there...or better yet..go somewhere else** More

Great first purchase experience with Roque!! I purchase and financed my first new car this fall. After several weeks of looking and interacting with many different sales people I came to Carr to I purchase and financed my first new car this fall. After several weeks of looking and interacting with many different sales people I came to Carr to take advantage of the amazing prices and deals. Tried a Versa sedan and it just didn't work out (head room wise). Roque pointed out the Versa Note, as it had more head room. As someone who routinely puts 700-1,000 miles on a car in a week a comfortable, reliable car is very important to me. The Versa has an absolutely amazing amount of room in the cabin and is very comfortable. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or pressured to consider a more expensive or unsuitable vehicle. As I have experienced at other dealerships. Roque was absolutely amazing, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. Myself and both my friends drove the car on the test drive. It was great. Carr had a great selection on site. Far better than other Nissan dealers I visited. Roque was amazing throughout the whole process and even followed up with me after purchase to make sure I was still happy with the car. He truely cared about my purchase experience. I would not hesitate at all to recommend all my friends interested in a new car come and talk with Roque. Scott worked on the finances with me and helped me to get the rate and terms I wanted as well as a great warranty and maintenance package. You bet when I consider my next new car I will be back!! Very Satisfied with this dealership I recently purchase an Infiniti FX35 from this dealership. Very easy sales team initially made an offer online. Very good experience but after driving at night quiet street notice there was a noise from the breaks. No big deal just probably needs new break pads. Took it to my long reputable car shop and they gave me a +$1K quote. Call the manager at CARR Nissan about the situation. On the test drive didn't hear anything because of the traffic noise while test driving. He told me to bring it in and they repair everything at no cost. Also the dash on the Infiniti had small bubbles called Infiniti dealership down the road and they replace it under extended warranty at no cost. OVERALL very satisfied since they took care of the issue after the purchase was made. More
Terrible Customer Service I purchased our Nissan Maxima with a FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE from Beaverton Nissan before Carr bought the business. Carr will not honor the FREE LIF I purchased our Nissan Maxima with a FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE from Beaverton Nissan before Carr bought the business. Carr will not honor the FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE. When one business purchases another, they also honor the previous business' contracts. Shame on Carr and the previous owners of Beaverton Nissan for giving customers the shaft!!!! More
