Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss what different options I wanted very quickly and followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want to thank the Carrs Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. I am very happy. More

I wanted a new car before retirement and had been testing the waters, and patience, of Carr's Scott Ke A good time was had at Carr Nissan, Beaverton! I wanted a new car before retirement and had been testing the waters, and patience, of Carr's Scott Kemp online for almost 2-months before making a face-to-face visit. Meeting Scott was like catching-up with a friend at a class reunion. I knew what I wanted and after some easy negotiating, with Scott as my advocate, I have a Murano that makes me smile whenever I see it. Scott is so much more than a sales guy, he's there to provide advice and willing to research things for you without hesitation--- and he is still providing me with that outstanding professional customer service; this treatment is the reason I will be driving back to Carr in the future. Also big kudos, and my sincere thanks, to Clint, Jonathan and Ashley for their distinct skills and friendly rapport. All this, in my opinion, made my "Team Carr" experience the gold standard in auto buying. More

He said he was a physical therapist before this which makes a ton of sense because he's just about the nicest funnest most honest car sales man I've ever met ! My wife even wanted to set him up with our daughter. I just said wow honey lets not go crazy lol. Scott was knowledgeable, upfront and honest about everything and is evrryyhing that the other reviewers and my few friends have said that he is. A closer (Clint) came out at the end but he was also nice and it was more to explain the amount of our trade in to my wife who thought it was worth some ridiculous amount lol. Clint was kind and respectful. Still in shock there could even be one bad review about this place !? Thanks to Scott and the rest of the staff at Carr Nissan we will only be buying cars from Scott going forward and dont worry if Nissan isnt your favorite he'll bring you to their Subaru and Chevy lots too. Car shopping is the worst! So trust me and make it a little more tolerable by asking for Scott and in about 90 seconds youll understand why. A refreshing sales experience! I was approached by a car salesman within 15 seconds of getting out of my car. Initially, I was headed to the lot across the street; the salesmans com I was approached by a car salesman within 15 seconds of getting out of my car. Initially, I was headed to the lot across the street; the salesmans comforting approach made me feel like family. This influenced me to continue the conversation and consider the Nissan lot. The salesman and I drove from lot to lot, all the while receiving no pressure whatsoever to purchase a particular vehicle (rarity!). We test drove two vehicles- I ended up going with a Cadillac. Fast forward to later that evening around 11pm, and I purchased the vehicle. As I entered the Cadillac, I noticed that there was some debris leftover in the center console, even after a "pro" detailed it. He took the effort to clean and detail it HIMSELF! Absolutely outstanding customer service :) After realizing that there wasn't any gas in the tank, the salesman graciously took me down to the nearest has station and filled half of my tank. A week after purchasing the Cadillac, it failed to start. The salesman came to the rescue with a row truck AND a rental. Once again, fantastic customer service. I am forever grateful :) Thank you!!! More

I was greeted by Scott Kemp who probably has changed my car buying experience for the better. He was honest and patient. I could tell he didn't care if I bought a car from him or not but he wanted to make sure I would be happy with whatever I chose, if I happen to choose. I can't believe I got the car of my dreams so easily. The negotiation process seemed so flawless and he really treated me as a person not just a number. I was able to get he car I wanted for the payment I expected, and was able to trade in my other car as well. All of these things made my car buying experience very pleasant. Josh and Jim were amazing as well. What a great honest dealership! Honestly I will only go there in the future! Thank you Scott for completely changing my view on buying a car!! It was honestly perfect!! More

Rick was recommended to me by my lawyers office and I will be forever grateful. I spoke with two other dealers first, one who tried to force a 39% interest rate, the other who tried to sell me an 03 Frod Explorer with over 150,000 miles. All I heard was that they were doing me a huge favor and that I should know better than to be picky. Seriously! I was ready to make do with my old but 100% mine mini van, issues and all. My last phone call was to Rick. He answered all my questions honestly and made an appointment to see me on a Saturday. I had forwarded him the financial information and he had experience with these before and when I got there had punched up the numbers to give me in idea of what I could afford. Before I write a novel, I left with a beautiful Jeep, 30,000 miles, that I am PROUD to drive, that is safe and reliable, that will help me rebuild my credit at a decent interest rate. Rick is one of the last "good guys" out there. I am a customer FOR LIFE!! More

I just used one of those free oil changes, which they also provided a vehicle inspection. No one came to talk to me when the car was done, but later when I was looking over the inspection sheet I saw that they had marked that I needed a new air filter and that the brake fluid was low. The air filter was fairly new and didn't need replacing but we replaced it anyway. Husband found that the brake fluid was fine....."but".... my transmission fluid was very low and they had marked it as "good"-no service needed....."not good"....could have ruined my transmission. **Please double check any service work you have performed there...or better yet..go somewhere else** More
